The Parts and Services Department installed new door handles and a door control panel on our car. Everything was very smooth, from ordering the correct parts, to being slightly lower than the estimate, to installation in a timely manner.

Some higher options
When I need items not covered by warranty--battery or tires--Parkway is consistently so much higher than the competition. I would refer to buy from Parkway but 100.00 more for four tires of the same quality is too much. Battery was quoted over 150.00 more.

Excellent Service Department
Arrived early for my appointment, but still was quickly accommodated. All conversations and feedback with Chris were informative and professional. My Genesis is six years old and Parkway has provided all the service for it. It is in excellent condition and I feel it is completely reliable. I know Parkway will be my first choice when I select a new vehicle.

Keeping It in the Family
I have been so impressed with my 2014 Hyundai Elantra and the mileage it gets. Seeing how little my car is in the shop (never in the last 4 years), my daughter bought a 2018 Elantra for herself. She has a 9 county territory she services for work, and it has been a dream for her. Always look forward to seeing Chris, my service advisor, too! He explains everything clearly and actually prepares me for when I will be needing future maintenance.
