The work is done right
I dealt with chris deen in the service dept since i moved here to wilmington,n.c. Chris always lets me know if something is needed or not.. this dealer prices are more competitive than most shops.

Excellent service
Chris B went over and above on the service on received. My car neede tires and alignment and the day the work was done was the last day of the deal. Chris did evrything he could to get the car in and taken care of for me. Can now drive feeling a lot safer with four new tires, and know the front and rear ends are fine. Thanks to Chris B and the rest of the Hynundai crew.

I just wanted to follow up with you about your last service. I tried to determine what happened. We do offer loaner cars on recalls if available when scheduled. It appears you made your appointment on line and didn't indicate you needed a loaner car.
You also indicated we did not wash your vehicle. I hope the advisor explained to you that we are remodeling our car wash and hope they offered a voucher for a free car was at cruiser's car wash.

I am sorry you're having trouble with your Santa Fe. We respect your time and efforts when you bring us your vehicle. Our team works hard to make sure we fix it right the first time so understand that we would not purposely  send your vehicle out with out checking our work and test driving it. Intermittent problems are one of the hardest things to diagnose.
The question now is, has the light come back. If so, then we can schedule a time to fix it.

Parts need to be available before service appointment.
Also, I have tried to use my phone with bluetooth however it will not function unless rebooted every time auto is off. My phone worked well with my 2014 Elantra and alsowith my 2017 Nissan Frontier truck. Why will it not operate properly in my Ioniq?
