Back ordered parts
Brian was very nice to work with in the service department. Parts being in back order for a month is totally unacceptable. I won’t ever be purchasing another Hyundai.

Engine replaced twice and still not working properly
After an oil change back in November 2020, I was driving on the Hwy and the engine stopped. I took the vehicle back to the shop on a tow truck.
The engine got damaged and consequently repaired (the engine only had 50,000miles) I asked the dealership how that happened and I did not receive a logic answer.
A few days later, I had to take it back to the shop with a new knocking noise on the engine. They fixed it again and after 3 weeks the noise has came back.
My Elantra is sitting in my garage because I don’t feel comfortable bringing it back to the dealership. I am searching for a different shop to see if I can get it fixed properly.

DO NOT BUY ANY HYUNDAI VEHICLE
I would not recommend anyone purchasing a car from Hyundai. Nothing but constant problems and recalls. Difficulty getting your car serviced when you do take in for a recall. Worst mistake ever was purchasing my Hyundai Sonata.

Very kind and understanding
Matt Austin was just as kind & understanding to my predicament as if he was my brother. He was very helpful by explaining in detail what had happened to my car and what actions needed to be taken immediately and what could what for a short while. I will never take my car anywhere.

Wonderful customer service!
I contacted this dealership after the motor blew up in my car. While this was a recall my car was over the covered mileage and I was sure it would be denied. They replaced the motor with no questions asked. Hyundai stands behind their products and I'm proud to be an owner of one. The customer service was fantastic. They kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend this dealership and Hyundai to anyone.

Great service! Always!
I needed tires for my 2018 Hyundai Elantra! I called ahead of time and Dana placed an order for the tires I needed. They called me when they were in. I was nervous about going during the pandemic. But when I got there everyone was friendly but maintained social distancing. Matt knew exactly what I needed to have done. They called when it was ready! My Dad brought me back to pick it up. As usual with no problem! I drive from Pell City to have Tameron take care of my car from oil changes to replacing my tires!! I won't go anywhere else!! These guys are great! I'm single and I know they look out for me in taking care of my car!!
