Excellent Service and Very Timely!
St. Charles Hyundai is alway very polite and helpful when doing services to my car. Due to a recall my engine needed replaced, this was done in just over a week. Hyundai extended the warranty, offered a loaner and paid for towing....that is standing behind your product and making it right. Great job!

Awesome experience
Everyone is so polite. They estimated how long it would take to work on my car when I dropped it off and it was even done an hour earlier than expected!! They even went the extra step by washing my car. It was very much appreciated!

Bob did a great job of working with Hyundai to fix the oil leak which I had been in twice previously for a recall. He kept me up to date on the status. I'll come back to St. Charles Hyundai in the future.

Bob took good care of me when I came for my oil change. He was very polite and professional. Brad was the service technician who took care of my truck. Booked my appointment online for 9:45 am on a Saturday expecting to wait a while. Arrived about 10 minutes early, and was back on the road at 10:05am after an oil change and tire rotation.

When servicing my vehicle, I can expect them to do the requested work and inform me of any additional items that need attention. They never pressure me into accepting any suggested services.
