Meh at best
The time to return the vehicle was fast but the service person didn't pay much attention to my concerns. I had reported an issue with the wind noise in my 2021 Santa Fe and the staff passed it by saying it is just the shape of the RVMs. I pressed to the staff that one of the window rubber seems to be loose, please check that if it is the cause and he said he will do it.
Later when I asked at the time of delivery if that has been looked at, he brushed it off saying that he will check it next time since this service was scheduled for just routine maintenance. It was simply the case he had forgotten about it. My concern is what if it was a more serious issue? Will he do the same then as well? And mind you this was not one of the complimentary services offered by Hyundai, I had paid the dealership for this.

Owner is great, service and Hyundai, not so much
Original owner of a vehicle. At 50k miles started burning oil at an extreme rate, the process to prove that is insane, and they make you pay to check it. After coming back every 1k miles for months, they do some kind of cleaning, and tell you to come back every 1k miles again. It needs a new engine, and they will do anything they can to not put one in. Even with perfect service records, and being almost out of oil every 1k miles. If it were not for the owner, I would never consider a Hyundai vehicle again.

Our motor went out after 70K miles on it, thought that was unusual but Eckert Hyundai rebuilt the motor and had us back on the road. Due to the pandemic the parts took a while to get to the facility but Eckert Hyundai provided us with a brand new loaner car every 30 days which was great, we thought they can take as long as they want to finish our car. Great job Eckert, our car is running great now, thanks for the great service.

The customer service I have received through the years has been above average and especially with two people. Billy Pope, whenever I need some thing done he will call the place where I have my warranty to see if that problem is covered and is always cheerful and helpful and treats me with respect. What can I say about KESA, she is always there for me and so darn helpful she goes above and beyond for me. It is customer service of these two people that keeps me coming back plus the repair work.

Second visit for service. My first impressions were confirmed
Was greeted by name. Friendly, efficient service tech. Knew exactly what was needed. Updated me on progress periodically while I waited. Customer lounge had WiFi, ample workspace, beverages, snacks and plenty of seating. Washed my car when work was completed. Only thing missing was fresh baked cookies to go with the coffee :-)
The service department is crucial to the success and growth of any dealership. Dylan Hulme and his team are certainly doing their part to ensure Eckert Hyundai success.

Quick and friendly service
My palisade got AC problem and i was looking for a trustable Hyundai dealer. I had a bad experience with Huffine Hyundai and would not recommend to go back there again. At first, I was a little skeptical because I had to wait a week for my Eckert appointment. On that day, I did not dropped off my car at Eckert till the afternoon. I expect they would not have time to look at it till tomorrow but they get my car fixed in the same day. The service advisor Billy Pope was friendly and called me at 5 pm as promised. The AC service was done perfectly and i would highly recommend to check out Eckert Hyundai.
