Only Reason is because of the Consultant that I helped me.
The only reason I gave 5 stars is because of the Consultant that helped me. The Consultant was friendly, listened and more importantly immediately understood that I wasn't someone who didn't know that I wasn't required to get every "required" service done if It wasn't a requirement in the Hyundai warranty booklet.

Now to the actual service: I paid to have my tires rotated and the tires that was on the front when I arrive are still on the front. I asked about why apple car play stopped working as far as me being able to play & control Pandora though the radio, now I have to spend $100 to update my Navigation system which now doesn't work after reinstalling the Apple Car play.

Really, dealerships should learn to do a better job of being honest about the "required services" and then tell customers what they recommend because someone like me, might just get them done and not feel like all they care about is making money off me. MY last care had 285K miles and still running well until someone rear ended me, so I believe in having my car maintenance done; just not by people who just want to make a sale at my expense.

Thank you Auto Nation for the great Consultant so you can thank him for the review since I understand it is either a positive or negative reflection on him.

Friendly team, nice waiting area, and service that takes the time they say it will take. Service tech was very informative about my vehicle and takes a proactive approach to maintenance.

Pleasant experience
The staff are courteous and friendly. The service writers let you know if something on your vehicle needs attention - whether soon or in the future. And the service is thorough and quick. They have done a great job for me every single time.
