Ben Gerard makes car repair painless
By far Ben Gerard has been the most helpful service writer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. (and I have been driving for 39 years!) He responded quickly to my issues and went above and beyond to make sure they were fixed. I was given a loaner car for the repair needed and he was able to find a loaner car that would meet my needs for the day. He kept me informed about when part would be in and called me as soon as it was available to complete needed service. He truly provided the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you Ben!
