Experience depends on who greets you in service department
I pulled in front of the service garage with a green light above it, but no one came out to greet me. I walked in to check my car in and they told me bluntly that I had pulled into the exit lane and needed to move my car. If that truly is the case then why is there a green light above it and how difficult is it in terms of customer service to make it appear to the customer that it is not a big deal and the service people move it? The service person would not even talk to me until I moved my car. Once I did, he asked if I had an appointment, yes, and when he asked my name, which is unique so I started spelling it, he had problems finding it even when I spelled the whole name out. I felt put out by this. Then when I declined a service he suggested, he questioned me about it, like really you don't want that? Sorry, no I don't, the car is barely 3 months old it should not need a fuel injection treatment. I was very dissatisfied with this treatment but thankful that when my car service was completed a different technician came and went over the results with me and told me where to pay and find my car. Thus the first guy sucked but the second saved the rating, which is odd because my husband has been coming to this dealership for over 3 years and has raved about the service department, but when I told him my experience he was surprised as well. Only returning in future because have a prepaid service plan.
