This was my first time owning a used Hyundai and getting service done at Hyundai on Perryville. Sebastian in service listened to everything I had to say about the history of the car prior to purchase, scheduled the appointment and was there to greet me when I arrived. During the course of servicing, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough reviewing the all point inspection and the service performed on the car. The communication was great throughout the process and the dealer is less than 2-miles from my office. There's no need to get the car serviced anywhere else moving forward.

Saved me $800+ in repair costs!
I had an on-going issue with the coils and spark plugs in my car. Luckily, two of the four were serviced under warranty, however, while still under warranty I kept having the same issues (car would shake/tremble and not advance when I hit the gas). I kept going back and calling but the dang engine light would turn off, so it was hard to get my car looked at while the light still remained on. Well, then my car’s warranty expired, and low and behold another coil/spark plug had to be replaced. When diagnosed it was recommended that I replace all 4 coils when two were just months old!! To do that it was going to cost me $800+ or to replace just the 3rd one that was misfiring, it would’ve been $400!! Luckily, Brett in service/repairs was willing to listen and offered to help! He ended up saving me $800+ and managed to change all 4 coils and spark plugs!! His customer service alone is a reason to keep coming back! Thank you again for all that you did, Brett!

     Thank you for the feedback from your recent visit here with us . I looked into your history on your last appoint and the reason why it was more expensive is you chose to put full synthetic in your vehicle . Which we are still competitive on, our standard synthetic blend is only $34.95 plus tax . Our on line scheduler will only allow you to select drop off only from 12 to 1, and i believe we tried calling to let you know we are not open from 12 to 1 .  sorry for the inconvenience we look forward to seeing you next time .

Not great at listening to concerns
Specifically asked to have tires checked with oil change because thought could have a nail in tire, told tires fine, 2 days later tire warning light on, took to tire place instead and yes there is a screw visibly sticking out of the tire I told dealer I was concerned about.
