Oil change
Great fast service very professional customer service my truck was done before the estimated time. However they did not reset the oil life luckily that was the first thing I checked when I got into the truck and reset it myself.

Best service department ever !!!
I'm extremely happy with Mike White Ford Of Coeur d Alene , Idaho. I've been a customer for 10 years now , and I'm treated like I'm a family member. I stop by on occasions to chat , enjoy the free coffee , learn new things about the auto industry and meet lots of new people there. If you need any help in the sales department , please ask for " Curly " !! You wont find a more honest and caring salesman. I have known him for 10 years now.

Right on Time and Thorough
Took my Escape in for oil, lube, and filter; new battery; and new wiper blades. I chose to wait at the dealership and read a book. My Service Assistant, Ashton, was great. He said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. He was right. He came to get me in the waiting area at one hour and 15 minutes. I had special instructions regarding the protective guard under the motor that has a tendency to come loose and drag between oil changes. Ashton made sure the technicians double checked it and made it secure. It was a very satisfactory appointment. Thank you.

Super Quick & Friendly
Like always they go over everything that they did, everyone was kind & seemed genuinely happy to be there. They fixed my back window washer while they did the oil change & provided the best service possible!

Oil change light replacement
Customer service was great. We live 88 miles from Mike White Ford and we’re running late. They were still able to service us, had an oil change, both low beams replaced, and the wiper dispenser replaced. Found out the part was faulty, he ordered a new part and told us to bring it back at our convenience. Will never go anywhere else

Kudos to your service team. I brought my son in to service his (new to him) 2012 Ford Escape we purchased from your dealership. Your advisor was meticulously in explaining the service that was performed and the follow-up for a small leak that was discovered. Good job on being professional, courteous and informative.

I purchased my truck at Mike White, at the time it was Parker Ford. I have continued my patronage by having Mike White Ford service my vehicle. The service department team at Mike Whites are always courteous and professional. They give me a time estimate to have tge work complete and have always met or exceeded that time frame. Tgat has not been my experience at other dealerships.

Showed up for a scheduled oil
change early and Ashton got me right in and I was able to get in and out faster than anticipated. He also gave some excellent advice on my halogen lights that was very valuable info.

Also, AJ, my regular service advisor I’ve worked with a lot (always been great), went out of his way to give a friendly hello and check in to see how everything was going. Appreciate being recognized and treated like a valued customer!
