Not enough customer reps and mechanics. Long time to get my suv viewed
This location needs more staff( mechanics and customer reps) so hard to book an app within less than a week and took them 3 days to check my suv. No status on my car during 3 days and hard to get in touch with service rep.

Headlight out
Had to stop in without an appointment because I had a headlight out and they got me in with out too much wait. They always make me feel welcome and are ready to answer all my questions!

My parts were in for my towing package but I did not have an appointment. I was treated like gold by Alex Jacob. I expected to be there all day but Alex said he would do his best to get me done in a few hours. He kept his word and I was out in 2 hours. Jacob is very polite and customer oriented. He checked on me several times to see if I needed anything and made sure I was aware of the estimate for the parts and work. I will definitely request Jacob for all my visits.

Aweful servixe scheduling process
Service rep over the phone to schedule are discourteous, and careless. 2+ months waiting time for a simple oil change. It is understandable the situation with employee resignations but lack of techitians to provide maintenance service has more to do with underpay and lack of engagement, these are business decusions not "pandemic" excuses. The vehicle is great but to service it, I would rather got a different vehicle make.

New Car initial service visit
Very friendly service team. Appointment time was respected. All members worked together so you don’t have to wait if your service tech is busy when your car is ready. Service was very timely. Waiting room clean with complimentary coffee.

Good service once I was able to get appointment
The service provided is excellent. The problem is getting an appointment in the first place. Lead time for appointments, even for emergencies, is 4-6 weeks. Labor shortage due to pandemic, parts on back order due to supply chain issues. I really like my Sonata and up until now the dealer’s service has been the best. But if you can get an appointment in a reasonable time frame, it’s hard to rate a 10.

Kept me informed of work needed to be done and the progress as the work continued . Pardon my description of your personnel ("Blue hair lady" unable to recall her name ) but thought you needed to know that in my opinion I found her to be very customer focused with a caring attitude an asset to your company .
