Purchased new tires for my vehicle and received an exceptional value. I also purchased extended warranty coverage for my car from their Finance department. Denise provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision about the purchase. She is a great person to have on staff.

Swooped in and saved the Day
I bought my car previously in Wisconsin and I was in Chicago during the strike on labor my engine has failed and I was running out of Hope luckily my salesman followed up with me and got me in touch with David they arranged to get my car towed and replaced my engine for me I appreciate them going out there way to help

New tire purchase
I knew I was getting close to replacing my tires on my 2018 Sonata and decided to get advice from Zeigler Hyundai. I also wanted to take advantage of purchasing a set the dealer was offering at $1 over cost prior to 10/31/2021. So, I called the service department and spoke with Ron Stewart, one of the service advisors there. I asked him to send me 3 quotes of varying prices of tires that would fit my car, which he did in an email so I could review them. After speaking with him on the phone again, he suggested the General tire brand over the other 2 since he had previous good experience with them on his wife's car. Just an FYI, the General tire set was not the most expensive of the 3 quotes, so I appreciated his candor and that he did not suggest the most expensive set that would have netted the dealership an additional $100 in profit. The transaction went smoothly and I am happy with the job the service department did. The new tires have not given me any problems, are quiet when driving, and the alignment is true, straight down the road. Thanks to Ron Stewart for his expertise and knowledge on the subject for giving me a good deal with an additional military discount on the labor! Leo B. : )

Good!
I did not have the best experience last time I had my car serviced. I went to get my seats cleaned and ended up with more stains than when I had brought my car in. Racine Hyundai contacted me and offered to redo the seats and pick up my car for me so I did not have to deal with the inconvenience of driving my car to Racine when I live about 30 minutes away. I am happy that I was able to get this problem fixed and am hoping for better experiences like this in the future.

Exceptional Service
The service department is terrific,I had a problem and they got me in the same day.When other dealerships wanted me to wait 2 weeks.The had me in and out in an hour,I called at 8 was in at 12 and out by 1..That is what I call service.Not only did I get a great deal here when I bought the car,the service is exceptional.
