Maintenance
I took my car in for brake service, because of noise. Through their multipoint inspection, they found that the car engine was not functioning right. They repaired the what was wrong with the engine and replace the bad brake items. I found that the employees in the service department very professional. I only can speak highly of Service Advisor Samantha Dutra. She keep me informed and answer any, and all, questions that I had.

Has gone down hill in the last 4 years
My car has had an issues with the sensors and they dismissed it "unless it came back again" if it only happened once why would I have brought it in?? It's clearly and issue that it needs to be looked at. I felt my concerns were disregarded. Additionally the prices for the tire replacement was double that of other places. Since the change of ownership they have lost information and multiple times I have been charged for oil changes that I had a plan for. Every single time I have gotten an oil change the sticker has had an incorrect date or mileage or both!! It is careless. Screwdrivers and even pistachios have been left on the floor of my car and the mats are almost always dirty when returned.

Awful
$600 more than I paid somewhere else couldn't get to my problem.for 2 to 3 weeks of a car that wouldn't run. Fixed something that was recalled and now car doesn't start at all. Never again

Once again my car was serviced with exceptional care. The personnel are very friendly. Ed Rodriguez in service is very attentive to my service needs and goes out of his way to satisfy. Definitely will return to Racine Hyundai.
