I was taken advantage of!
I was quoted a price to fix my car, $675. I ordered the part, on my receipt it's quoted "Part ordered, customer only responsible to pay for 3 hours of labor to install the part on return visit". When picking up my car the 3 hours of labor was more than expected. I WAS ALSO CHARGED ANOTHER $33.00 FOR PARTS AND A $30.00 MISC. CHARGE. Needless to say the cost was about $120.00 more than I was anticipating. I feel very misled and lost all trust for Zeigler of Hyundai of Racine. They also haven't called me back to discus this situation. This is not a trusted company...

Terrific Service
I bought a 2022 Tucson from Ziegler Hyundai about 6 weeks ago. I had an unfortunate incident resulting in a deep scratch that needed repair. I arranged to be shuttled back and forth, but the night before had concerns. I called my service advisor ( Ron ) who graciously offered to have my car picked up and returned. This worked really well. The service and the paint and dent repair were perfect.

We drove from IA to WI to purchase a new 2021 Elantra N Line 5/15/21. A week later Racine Hyundai sent us a check for the sales tax that was part of the purchase contract. That was the beginning of the WORST & most HARROWING experience. We reached out to Racine & was directed to Erica Soto who handles their title work. She was rude and refused to help. She said she would title the car in WI but taxes & registration were our responsibility. After no help from Erica & no return calls/emails from Racine’s general manager, Adrian Basich, we opened up a case w/Hyundai Corporate and Finance to no avail. They said they could not help because the dealers are independent. So we paid off the car and waited for the title. Unfortunately, Racine Hyundai never titled the car and since our temporary plates expired, we could no longer drive it. Only after this and contacting the DMV did Erica Soto start the process of titling the car in our name. Over the next 30 days Erica repeatedly delayed the process. We had to email, call, overnight documents & prompt her for everything that needed to be completed. 60 days later on 7/16/21, after a month of not being able to drive the car, we were able to go into our DMV to get our Title & plates. We can’t even begin to express the FRUSTRATION, STRESS, TIME & ENERGY this has cost our family. We have bought many vehicles over the years in IA, NE, & just a month prior in MN w/no issues. Racine Hyundai was UNETHICAL & IRRESPONSIBLE and Hyundai Corporate and Finance was of no help and clearly didn’t care.

Chas Schmitz, my service advisor was following proper protocol in dealing with my ongoing several incidents with my 2021 Palisade’s stinky headrest problems. Today in a follow up call, Chad provided me with the phone number of Hyundai’s Consumer Affairs office and after calling that office a case number was initiated by Hyundai Consumet Affairs.

Unresolved Palisade Limited “headrest stink problem”
2nd visit to a Hyundai dealership in 3 months for a unsuccessful air freshener treatment to address my 2021 Palisade Limited odor problem that supposedly is emanating from the headrests of Palisades that have Napa leather interiors. The only know solution is the replacement of all headrests with ones from a different manufacturer/material but this is only authorized after THREE unsuccessful air freshener treatments! What a waste of a customer’s time & further embarrassment by Hyundai of a known problem & solution for addressing this “major order stink” in warm weather on an otherwise near perfect $48,000+ near luxury SUV!
