Exceptional Service!
Had to call Hyundai due to a recall on my vehicle. Was able to get in the very next day and they provided a shuttle service so I could get to work on time. After an inspection, I did have additional repairs that were recommended so I spoke with my service advisor, I believe his name was Chad, and we came to an agreement on the services needed. They were able to work with me on getting a loaner vehicle so they could fix all the issues I was experiencing at no additional charge (besides gas!). In less than 24 hours, my car was repaired and ready to be picked up. I was able to use a limited time coupon on their website to get a small discount on my services. I did ask about financing, which is available for anyone who needs it, but I ended up paying out of pocket so I could have piece of mind. All in all, I highly recommend this dealership for any servicing needs to your Hyundais!

A very good experience at Ziegler Hyundai.
I brought my vehicle in for a safety recall for a potential problem with the alternator. The problem was corrected in a timely fashion along with some additional routine maintenance. When I brought my vehicle in, it was filthy but was washed before I picked it up. Thanks, I am very satisfied.

overall good, but dropped ball
overall appt was good. staff friendly, facility clean, vehicle still working well.
however, after completing my standard maintenance, and giving me the keys, I was then told that I needed a required maintenance in just another 1k miles. im heading to florida 2 days after this, and I was stressed that would be over the mileage. advisor said that it would be ok, as there is a little leeway. Well, if that was the case then the advisor or scheduler should have told me that was required and completed it there, so that I dont have to waste my time coming in for a separate appointment as soon as get back from vacation. Definitely made me not happy as I left the appointment.

Service experience
Service is always fast, with a very courteous staff. The waiting room is comfortable, as well as clean.
We've been taking our car for service at Ziegler Hyundai of Racine for about 5 years, and don't see any reason to go elsewhere. I really appreciate the car wash.

Great experience, definitely coming back
Racine Hyundai was great. I really felt like the service I received was genuine and putting me and my family first. Sam and her manager helped me learn more about my car and how to plan for future appointments which was a great way to plan future visits and make me feel comfortable around being in a dealership. Really impressed by how they run business and I’ve already told a few friends and family members to come here in the future, not worth the headache going elsewhere honestly.

Awesome Customer Service
I went in for a routine check up and oil change on my car. The service was efficient and friendly. They even washed my car. BONUS points :) I will definitely come back for service even though I live an hour away.
