I've now had Shadow Lake Collision work on my vehicle twice (first time was hail damage and second ti

From the initial estimate of work, through the insurance claim process, up to the day I picked it up, they handled everything professionally. I received periodic e-mail notifications and phone calls to keep me current on the progress, and they handed the keys back to me with my vehicle looking as good as it did the day I bought it.
