Rude and unqualified receptionist/appraiser. Took car in a week early for second review so all parts could be ordered prior to drop off. Appraisal was for $2460.63 with a 2-week ETA. Final cost $7069.50 and over 5 weeks later. The buck stops nowhere at FIX Auto. It's the now departed appraisers' fault, it's the parts supplier fault, it's "industry standard" for it to take weeks longer than promised, etcetera, etcetera. Worse body shop experience ever.

They kept making promises to get the vehicle done. We are still waiting for our vehicle and it's now over 2 months to get it finished and it was only the front end damage! Other shops would have it done faster and would not have kept promising dates

The communication was excellent! I always knew what was going on and when I could expect my vehicle to be done. On top of that, my truck looks like new and it was done ahead of schedule.
