Dealing with our unfortunate accident was very exhausting—between the at-fault party, the la
ck of help at the scene, and then the back-and-forth with insurance, it feels like we were fighting everyone just to get our vehicle repaired correctly.
Meeting Grant at Heritage Body and Frame was the turning point. He was the first person who genuinely helped, guided us, and stayed on top of everything throughout the repair process.
4½ months later, we got our car back and it’s truly back to pre-loss condition.
Grant’s attention to detail and persistence made all the difference, especially to ensure it was repaired properly and safely—not just “good enough.”
