First Time
It would be nice if the staff were more enthusiastic with greetings. I arrived at my appointment time for an oil change. I was told it would take about 30 minutes to an hour. After about one and a half hour waiting, I checked on the status and was told they had to send for the oil filter because they ran out of that particular filter for my car. My appointment was at 1pm, I called the shop around 8:40 am to see if they had the filter for my Mercedes Benz, and was told they stock German made filters for Mercedes Benz. My oil change was over 2 hours. Although the pricing was quite reasonable, having a staff with smiles and greetings would have made for a great atmosphere.

We do our best to keep all necessary filters for both German and American vehicles in stock, and in most cases, we have them readily available. Unfortunately, we had just run out of the specific filter needed for your vehicle at that time. To ensure there were no further delays, we quickly went next door to get one, which took very little time.

Additionally, your service included not just an oil change but also a headlight bulb replacement, which added to the overall service time. Since you called earlier in the morning, we had already scheduled pre-booked appointments before your 1 PM slot, which may have contributed to your wait time.

We truly appreciate your patience and your honest feedback regarding our customer service. We are actively working on improving the overall experience for our customers, including a more welcoming atmosphere. Your input helps us grow, and we hope to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

Horrible Communication, Over Priced
I was referred to this shop from a friend so I had high hopes. I'm pretty shocked that it went completely downhill.

Once I got the diagnostic, I authorized the work only to find that there were other codes on the diagnostic that were not disclosed to me and addl funds were needed., also meaning my car wasn't repaired.

They were not willing to understand that I came to get my car repaired and they didn't fix it yet charged me for something that would'nt completely repair my car per the diagnostic. I wouldn't recommend this shop as they seem to look to take advantage of people ...I paid over $2000 and my car is not completely repaired. I'm so disappointed 😞
It would had been fair for them to take responsibility for not properly communicating and not attempting to cover there tracks. This is why it's makes it so difficult doing business with our people. SAD 😔

You authorized this first step, understanding that it was necessary to move forward. After completing the initial repairs, additional steps were needed to fully resolve all issues. We made every effort to work with you on pricing, even offering a discount to help rectify the misunderstanding. Our goal was never to mislead you but to be as transparent as possible while finding a solution that worked within your budget.

Mechanics are great, receptionist is not.
I needed a new mechanic and they were a referral. I have been very happy with the work of the mechanics. They have kept an old trunk running smoothly. However, from day one, the lady answering the phones and making the appointments has been very difficult to get along with in a professional manner. She’s condescending and short tempered when answering questions if she feels the need to answer them directly . She will not let you talk to a mechanic with questions that you know she cannot answer. I do not trust her as the liaison.
