Vehicle issues will occur lest expect. Before leaving out of state , I notice my truck not preforming correctly. Stopped by N.E.N. spoken with Mr. Nigel he explained to me what’s needed , parts ordered , truck in bay , less than 1 1/2 hour I was back on the road. I’ve used N. E.N. before with other vehicles of ours. I’m satisfied with the quality , professional and quality of care.

Excellent
I have been taking my RAV4 and Sienna to NEN for years, and they have always been excellent. Honest, knowledgeable, and never tries to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Never got disappointed and not going to go to any other mechanic.

Amazing and fast Service
The service was very fast and upon driving my car the noise and shakiness went away fast. I feel very safe now driving it and will make this my new auto shop to take my car to get serviced. Thank you for all that you did and definitely will recommend others.

Poor service
The full diagnostic is expensive and does not fully tell you everything you need. They do not provide you documents that explain everything you need and why. The costs of parts is way overpriced and is a terrible way to take advantage of customers. The front office doesn't take the time to go in depth of all the issues making customers feel as if they aren't really being taken care of. Labor costs for a simple change of spark plugs is absolutely ridiculous. I also believe the under cover was removed and not put back in place. So all in all for 176 dollars all I received was a paper that said what work they wanted to do, upon further asking they recommended other work. One of the belts was loose causing a loud screeching noise upon start up and an oil change was needed. Not a single mention about these issues which was why I paid for a diagnostic report. This mechanic shop has left a bitter taste in my mouth and causes regular people like myself to lose trust in mechanic shops. I honestly feel I have been robbed. As a spark plug, spark plug cable change, tightening of the alternator belt, and an oil change is all that was needed. A 30 minute job at tops. Faster for a professional. You could leave the oil draining while changing the spark plugs and cables and tightening the belt.
