1st and 2nd Times...BOTH a Charm!
I've now had Shadow Lake Collision work on my vehicle twice (first time was hail damage and second time was replacement of some body panels and components). Both experiences were incredibly smooth and painless for me. From the initial estimate of work, through the insurance claim process, up to the day I picked it up, they handled everything professionally. I received periodic e-mail notifications and phone calls to keep me current on the progress, and they handed the keys back to me with my vehicle looking as good as it did the day I bought it. I can't say enough great things about this company or the people who work there. Extremely friendly and courteous staff of folks who are really great at their respective roles. Thank you!
