On 1/28/24, my husband and I went to the Genesis dealership to only look around. We were very intere
sted in the GV80. We were approached by Bailey, who was very helpful, so helpful that we decided to make a purchase. The manager Reza came in several times to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. He represented the dealership well. Bailey and Reza both made sure we were aware of and given discounts that we qualified for. We were then taken to sign paperwork, which at other dealerships was a nightmare because it took forever. We met with Jackie, who was prepared for us. The process was quick, and we were done way before dark. We highly recommend the team at Genesis of Loma Linda. We easily rate them at 5 stars.
