BEWARE! They are dishonest and scammers
BEWARE! Complete RIP OFF. I called the shop because my car had a service engine light on, I was told over the phone to bring it in, and the charge to diagnose it would be 150$ the exact words of the technician were " weather it takes 10 min or 4 days, we will find out what it needs, the charge is will be 150$" I took it in, 2 days latter, they call and say we need another 200$ to diagnose it. I said no, I went to get my car ASAP! I knew I was being scammed. I asked for my 150$ back, John said "Call on Monday with your card and I will get it too you" I called on Monday and he said NO, we won't be refunding you!!!!. They Never gave me any paperwork or work order, Complete Fraud.
