The guys at this shop are so fast and efficient. I came early and there wasn’t a long wait to be seen
. With all the services I needed for my car I was sure it was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but the service was affordable and they don’t try to upsell me on services I don’t need. My brakes were making noise and I thought I needed a replacement but they checked it out and told me that my brakes were still good. I appreciate their honesty and hard work.

It's like two parallel universes. I couldn't ask for a more attentive service dept. Richard Hall alwa
ys takes care of me. He gets me in and out as efficiently as possible. The sales dept. is useless. They never seem to know the answers to questions that I've asked about the Hyundai models. The dealer 'mark-ups' are an insult. I drove out to Palm Springs Hyundai where I've previously purchased a Kona and a Tucson Sport. They don't mark up their cars over MSRP. Hence, I just bought a Venue there a few days ago.
