Venue - Buyer Beware - Looks Great, Drives Horribly

Within mere days of buying my Venue I had immediate regret, the car looks great so I did ignore the reviews saying the car was finicky on the highway. Little did I know how finicky it would be. On the highway the car feels like a small boat on a choppy ocean, pulling me from side to side, it is even worse when a truck drives by and on a windy day? Forget about it. My children feel unsafe in the car, I had to turn off the alert for leaving the lane and now I white knuckle it with two hands on the wheel, stay in the right hand lane and don't dare go over 65mph. On side roads it is easily thrown by small bumps and loves to pull to the left. I could not return the car even with the immediate regret unless I forfeited my entire $5k deposit (even though the dealership also listed my trade in for over $8k than they gave me) so now I am going to limit my driving for three years and will never make this mistake again.

Great experience

Needed a 2nd vehicle for commuting to work and this has great gas mileage and is comfortable. A lot of great features such as automatic start. Enjoy that there is an app to answer questions easily or lock your doors

Every member of the Hyundai team was helpful and responsive. I felt like my business was important to them and they were there to help me.

I was greeted promptly when I entered the dealership. All members of the sales team were courteous and helpful in making my purchase work. The delivery of my new car was flawless. I will return to this dealership when I am ready for another new Hyundai.

It is good to ride by myself.

The design is pretty. However, when there are two people in the front seat, the back seat feels cramped. So it's good to ride alone. Bluetooth connection works well too. The ride is also good. Thanks!

Love my Hyundai Venue

I love my venue! It’s cute and fun to drive. I enjoy everything about my venue, it has an excellent back up camera, drives great and it’s comfortable. I only wish there was a latch in the car to pit open the hatch but otherwise it’s great. Very happy with my purchase.

Venue for the win!

I started looking for a safe, fuel efficient, attractive, and affordable new car as I was getting ready to retire. I wanted something I felt would last me many years to come, but had modern conveniences too. This little car fit the bill. I’m averaging 33 miles to the gallon! What a great deal that is. It’s sporty looking and has a good safety rating (4). My saleswoman was fabulous. She knew her stuff. The only issue I’m having is the Apple Car Play and that might be user error, but I don’t find it easy to pair and stay paired. All in all I would highly recommend.

This is a surprisingly solid vehicle. Easy to handle with great styling. If you are looking for a small SUV, check this one out first. Two trim levels are available. And you cannot beat the competitive pricing.

2023 car better then old. Old car. Heated seats are nice. Gas mileage is good. 35 $ 340. Mileage want bule but white with black roof is good too

Great Value for the Money

The Venue is a fun compact SUV. The vehicle is made well, is a great value for the price too. Massey Hyundai treated us very well. Very professional staff that answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time and space to decide. The Venue color of intense blue is an eye catcher.

I appreciate the safety features

Vehicle takes time to get used to. I appreciate the safety features which brought my insurance payment down. It took time to get used to different ways of saying things and viewing things. Like Cruise Control is now Speed assist. The dash is completely different from previous vehicles. Not bad, just different and takes time to get used to. I am adjusting to the different ways of doing things. It will be fine. Nice car.

Love color, handling and headroom in rear seats. Large screen and back up camera are fabulous. Lane departure cracks me up especially when my husband drives the car and does not always use turn signal to switch lanes and car tries to keep him in Lane. Feels like "the wife's car" is correcting him.

Perfect Little SUV

The best new car I have ever purchased with zero manufacturing issues, lots of great features, is very comfortable, and feels stable and secure. The automated safety features are also fantastic. I'm very impressed with the responsiveness of the 1.6 liter engine, fuel economy, and quietness of operation. Great little SUV!

It’s a great car

No complaints yet other than needing to put pulling wires on the vehicle. I haven’t had any problems with it. It’s a great vehicle. Took it in a long trip and it did great. Lots of room held more than I expected .

Denim Venue is Comfortable

Just purchased the Venue in Denim trim. Love the color combo, comfort and ease of use. Everything is easy to reach, easy to see out of and very comfortable on the road. Gets decent milage for a small car and fits in any parking space. Sounds boring, but it is actually fun to drive on back roads. Really! For the money you'd be hard pressed to find something with more features that you'll actually use. Very happy with this vehicle so far.

Wonderful vehicle, fun and easy to drive.

This is probably the nicest car I have ever purchased and I am thrilled with it. My experience at the dealership could have been a bit better but overall, I am very satisfied. I only wish that there was a dealership closer to where I live where I could take my car for service.

It has been 13 years since i bought a new car and I am in love . It is cute, fun to drive and, spacious for such a small crossover. it get Good gas mileage wish it was a little better but still a great commuter car.
