Shifting issues. Hesitation from stop.

The Tuscon seems to have a lag/hesitation when taking off from a stop. Also it has issues not upshifting at times.

1st service with my 2026 Hyundai

I work over 90 miles away and live only 30 miles away from the dealership and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to call the morning of and get my car in for routine maintenance the same day. I expected the service to take well over an hour, but from the time I drove in until the time I drove out, it only took about 30 minutes. I was extremely impressed with both the efficiency and convenience. It was great not having to spend the entire afternoon waiting for routine maintenance to be completed.

2026 Tucson SEL

This is compared to my 2019 Tucson. The vehicle has some new safety features that are helpful. It is a reasonably comfortable ride. Multi driving modes are a good feature. The back is a little roomier. The options are not user friendly. The user manual shows both the gas and electrical vehicles and can get confusing. The dashboard and control panel are not sufficiently lit making it extremely difficult to see the controls or which options are on. The center console glove box is poor compared to the the 2019 model. The tailgate height and speed is somewhat hard to control. It caused me to get 2 chips in the liftgate on a brand new car. It also has much smaller and less door storage space. It will not accept a normal size document if you want to set it there for convenience. These inconveniences, make me 2nd guess my purchase.

It’s been good so far. Just hate the amount of miles I put on it on a daily basis due to work commute. I’ve only had the car for 2 months and have already had to replace a tire and the windshield. Not too much good luck. I’m paying way too much for it due to still paying on the trade in. I don’t think this car will be in good driving condition by the time I pay it off.

2026 Tuscon comfort and mileage review

I purchased my 2026 Tuscon May 23 and I am very pleased. It is comfortable and easy to drive. I get 39 mgp on highway. I owned a 2020 Kona and the Tuscon has the room that I needed for travel. However, the radio is difficult to use and radio stations don't pick up most of the time. The cruise control is terrible and it's difficult to use. The seats are comfortable but I had to buy a seat cushion for my comfort. The steering wheel is small and cheap. I bought a nice $20 cover from Walmart and it works great.

Great traveling car

Bought first Tucson in 22 and loved it so much bought another in 26 so now own 2. Love our 22 and like very much our 26. Still getting used to some of 26 feature differences. 26 lower climate panel for AC etc lighting could be much brighter like rest of cluster lighting. When sunny can barely see if AC indicator light is on or not.
