Hyundai needs to provide “getting to know” videos based on TRIM LEVEL
I don’t like the mechanism that the molded rubber floor mats fit into the floorboards. They are VERY HARD to remove and the vacuum head (crevice tool) leaves marks on that material. I chose the very first trim level and gave up heated seats, side mirror turn indicators, power seats, features like Home Link on the rear view mirror, and many other features I had on my Subaru. After purchase, I studied which trim level I would have had to buy in order to have those features and I would have had to go TWO more trim levels up. Hyundai needs to rethink how they outfit the base (SE) trim level. Also, I still have not located the locking lug nut key. Related to my comment above about the “how to” videos, I spent ALOT of time reviews videos on features that don’t even pertain to my trim level. I’m also questioning the durability of the paint job and front bumper material. It is also getting chips and small impressions from making contact with a shelving unit shelf in my garage that I’m at most barely tapping as I slowly inch up into my garage. Finally, my purchase came with 3 years of service yet, when I go to schedule my 5,000 mile oil change/service, there is a price listed which is confusing.
