MPG is not good, the H on grill is chipping Design of lights not good, as it blocks front high beam view Can't lock the door as needed Small space for backseat passangers

Great Vehicle, But...........

Gotto get rid of, or at least make adjustable, the FRC( facial recognition camera). It needs to be Driver Adjustable...... it has come on and told me to "take a break" as soon as 2.5 mi. Most days it comes on at 10 + mi, and other days it won't come on til 60 mi. I drive long trips, 13hrs a day sometimes, have no accidents/citations since 2012. I don't need my car telling when to take a break...I don't need the gov't telling me when to rest. I"ve almost considered selling it...... The FRC needs to be moved to the left side driver window post....... I have shoulder muscle issues and have to drive periodically withnhands on top of steering wheel.....FRC won't allow that, so move the dam thing r just take it out!

Maintenance for Hyundai vehicles is horrible. Your time is no longer an appointment time, just check in - ridiculous! 3rd party software that may or may not work.

Good car. But I expected better.

The car drives well. However, I am really disappointed in the overall design of the interior. The digital control panel is a nightmare to use. The car always seems to set itself where it wants to be, not me. I don't want to have to reset my radio listening preference every time I get in the car. I usually listen to Sirius radio, but it is constantly reseting to Spotify. And why do I have to login to the entertainment system every time I start the car.

dealership misrepresented service costs

Car is fine except for decreased mileage. Gone from 41-42 mpg to 34-35 mpg since the last service visit. Not sure if gas pedal is sticking or if there is a conflict between gas and computer readings. No problem until last service for a recall. Was told I needed a new engine filter and was charged $56. + When I bought the car, I was informed by the sales associate and the sales manager that I would not have any expenses except for gas and tires if I bought ALL of the extended wararntees. I bought ALL of them. Very disappointed in the dealership at this point in time. I do not appreciate being lied to.

Biggest purchase Mistake I've ever made

This eye tracking camera that can't be turned off is the worst feature that's ever been implemented in a vehicle. Look at the other lanes on the highway , DING DING DING cruise control off. Blink one too many times, DING DING DING cruise off and alert, Ok let's just turn off lane keep assist, TAKE A BREAK TAKE A BREAK

Great vehicle

I love the vehicle. However there are a few things that I do not like. It handles well, is comfortable and I have had very few issues with it. This is the 4th Hyundai I have owned as have always been pleased with the brand.

Nice ride with some quirks.

We just completed a 2000 mile trip.The driver assistance features were great and made the driving experience pleasurable. I didn't get driver fatigue. I do have issues with the keyless entry system. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I have similar issues with the rear hatch opening when i walk around the back of the car. I'm not stopping behind the vehicle and all of a sudden the hatch opens. It's not the end of the world. Overall, so far, we are pleased with our Tucson.

Perfect fit for me

had Santa Fe before but the new ones seemed too big. The Tucson is just the right size for me. Plenty of cargo space as well as leg room. Wanted a hybrid rather than full electric and this is the perfect choice.

Best SUV

This is my third Tucson I had bought and I couldn't be more happier. The technology is superior. The hybrid has given me the appeal of both gasoline and electric. The roominess is outstanding for a mid-sized SUV. Some interior controls are still a bit awkward as the climate controls. One can barely see when the AC is on as the tiny blue light is exactly what I said tiny. Seems like everything pertaining to the climate from the seats to the steering wheel can barely be seen except maybe at night.
