Great vehicle but lousy gas mileage!

I like almost everything about the hybrid Tucson except the gas mileage. The AWD version is supposed to get 35 mpg. I have 10k miles on it and have never gotten close to this. Now that winter is here, I am getting around 25mpg.

Tucson Hybrid is superb

I feel like the Tucson hybrid continues to be the best of all the comparable vehicles available. Features vs pricing is unmatched.

Great car....EXCEPT safety features are problematic

I've written this before, but I will say again....the safety features simply don't work. Neither my husband nor my bestie (with whom I take road trips) can drive the car without constant warnings...Keep your eyes on the road! Time for a coffee break! And then the cruise control shuts off. This impact is great: long trips mean I drive 90% of the time. However, these irritating glitches happen with me, too; just not as often. Second dislike: the "gray" leather interior became dirty immediately. It's like the color of clothes transfer. Positives: quiet ride; pretty exterior.

nice size car

Council is to big for this driver. Seat belt sticks to wall of car you have to work at grabbing it and hard to plug in if wearing a suit or heavy coat.

Smooth ride with great mileage

I love my Tucson!

I could not be happier with my new Tucson. I have taken a grandchild, my grown children, my elderly mother and my in laws somewhere in my new car. Everyone loves it. They think it’s roomy, comfortable, smooth riding and beautiful inside and out!

Tuscon hybrid

I love the vehicle. Drives nice, good handling. Like the energy efficiency with the hybrid. My only major complaint is continued problems with the instrument cluster. It goes blank on and off and then shows every warning light possible on the car. I’ve taken it in twice and thought it was fixed but it isn’t and I need to take it in again.

Bluelink very unreliable and no customer service help.

Like the car but hate that one big reason I chose it has not worked in 6 weeks, nor has Hyundai made any attempt to contact me to solve it except to acknowledge my emails to them. Half dozen emails and calls from me. May not buy Hyundai again.

Impossible to figure out the SiriusXM functions compared to previous.

OK if you want to learn complicated functions. A great sense of safety.

Enjoying it very much. Hoping a Tucson N performance model comes out.

Much more fun to drive than my previous non- hybrid version. N-Line is cool but I’m curious for my next car if there will be a new Tucson N performance model. Maybe with a bit more performance. But still with all wheel drive and all-season tires available (for snowy seasons).

It’s got a lot of nice features but some dumb ones also. The lights on the panel that controls heated seats, etc., are imposible to see on a sunny day. The water bottle holders in the doors are ridiculous. They are too skinny and I have to squeeze the bottle to get it in. Also when I finally get it in it falls down to the bottom of the well in a horizontal position which makes it very hard to squeeze out. Sometimes the “Should you take a break light” comes on when I have only been driving for ten minutes. When I had my son driving one day it came on every fifteen seconds or so. We had to stop and switch drivers. When viewing the screen between the large gauges it will say push the O,K. button. Where the heck is the O.K. button? When I come to a street where I have to merge with traffic I have to break while waiting for a space to enter. If I don’t remember to take my foot off the brake I will hit the accelerator and nothing will happen. Very dangergous. It should have interior controlled retractable mirrors like my old Kia Sportage.
