Very happy

I’m very happy with the ride and comfort of my new Tucson. It’s very fun to drive and I look forward to the great gas mileage when it’s broke in. The service and the salesman at the dealership was excellent. I would recommend both to anyone.

Great quality car with fun styling

I really love the car, decided to get a new car, I was initially set on getting an EV but due to lack of supply I started looking at hybrids, when I saw the tucson I fell in love, the styling is awesome, there’s tons of space, lots of power and just makes me smile whenever I look at it. So many features, big sun roof, white interior, and excellent gas mileage all made me go for this car.

Great fuel eco (hybrid)

Love my new vehicle, very nice and fuel efficient. It is very comfortable and handles nicely as well. I like the different drive modes from performance to Eco mode, Eco is what I use to average 33 MPG. With a little practice you can figure out how to use the EV portion while driving.

Redesigned safety features are great. Would recommend this car to others as it is a nice compact suv with good color options. Would be better if there was a spare tire and the steering wheel was made of leather. Otherwise the car drives smoothly and is valued at a good price point.

Comfortable ride with great features

I'm impressed with all the features. There are so many, that I'm still learning new things a couple of months later. It's easy to drive with lots of safety features to keep me in my lane and to help me pass cars and park safely. The sound system is great and the 3 year warranty is better than other brands. My previous car was 20 years old and this car does so much more!. It's roomy and versitile. I'm a little disappointed in the gas mileage, though. I'm not getting the 37 mpg that was advertised.

3 concerns: 1) evap canister cracked and needed replacement with vehicle mileage under 2500 2) lack of experienced hybrid technicians available to diagnose and repair 3) length of time to order part and correct issue (8 days)

Love our new 2023 Tucson Hybrid Limited

Overall, very nice vehicle. Purchased the Limited trim. Very nicely appointed. Innovative styling, standard AWD, excellent fuel economy, very nice ride quality and decent acceleration. Storage is great for a vehicle of its size.

The vehicle drives & handles great. Feels very solid. For a hybrid it should to better than 31 mpg since that is very close to the mileage of the non hybrid Tucson. The mileage indicated on the cars computer is not accurate. Filled up the tank & drove 380 miles & filled up again to calculate actual mileage. The computer was off by about 4 mpg. The sound system needs an amp & sub woofer.

Love the heated car seats and push button trunk close. Also love unlocking the car without pushing a button. Drives easy and great gas mileage. Nice and spacious. Easy to fit in car seat and recline seats. Also easy to fold down seats.

Great vehicle! LOVE this car, but only getting 30 - 32 mpg

The 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid trim (lowest) Blue is awesome. It looks great inside and out. I do not need or even like leather seats, I find these seats to be comfortable. Still - even though the lowest trim level (Blue), it looks great inside. A friend commented that it was "as nice as a Lexus" (I wouldn't know). It has fantastic pick-up compared to my GF's Honda Civic Hybrid. It gets really good gas mileage, but not as good as the EPA rated 38 mpg. In fact on my long highway trips (350 miles or so), I'm getting 30 - 32 miles. I can live with this. Perhaps it's because I run the heater, but the hybrid gas engine should make heat as a "side effect"? The bluetooth/Android pairing function works great. The voice-activated call function works great, the lane keeper function works - just OK IMO *you have to make SURE you keep your hands on the wheel in curves!*, the smart (adaptive) cruise control works great - all this on the base model!

Great handling and features.

I would recommend for a young graduate from college. The audio and storage in the vehicle make it a must have for short family trips of 3-4 family members. All the advanced tech make hands free driving and safety while driving a must for new drivers.

Mpg is awful

If you think a hybrid means good gas mileage, don’t buy a Hyundai. The sticker says 38mpg. I’m at 7400 miles and getting around 26. I drive smoothly in eco mode, no hard acceleration or braking. Maybe try Toyota for better mpg.

Handles nicely. Great tech. Poor wipers and brakes.

Great suv. Handles so good and I love driving it. Feels luxurious. If you like tech then this is your brand to buy. They need to install beam type window wipers. Do yourself a favor and just go spend $40 on premium ones. Also the braking on this isn't the best at high speeds and in a pinch. So hang back and don't get close to vehicles in front of you on the highway or any speed above 60mph. That's its. I love this suv minus the complaints above.

Great Car, for the first month

I had my vehicle for short of a month before being involved in a serious accident. My airbag did not deploy on a head-on collision. The car was fun and all, but after the accident, I’m not impressed since it couldn’t do the most basic safety protocol.
