Great car! Great fuel economy! Love it. No complaints. Can't say enough good things about this car. For the money I do not you will another base model car with as money standard features. Others you to upgrade to all the standard features this come with.

Looks Great, Fuel Economy wasn't what was promised

Great looking car inside and out. Fuel economy being quite lower than expected based on the sticker is the only disappointment but it is a biggie for a hybrid. The 37 mph promised isn't the 25-30 mph that I actually am able to get.

Fantastic drive but not the fuel economy I expected

I love this car. I upgraded from a 2017 Tucson to the 2023 Tucson hybrid and I'm so impressed with the new transmission. My 2017 Tucson had serious issues when shifting that made the ride jerky and unresponsive when speeding up. The 2023 is the smoothest drive I've ever experienced. I enjoy all the features the car has to offer and love the way it looks. My biggest complaint is that it does not get 38 mpg as advertised. My average fuel economy is more like 30 mpg, regardless of what drive mode I use or road conditions.

Gas mileage was a lie. Plus other issues. The audio controls are backwards and are not convenient to use. The wireless charger is ridiculously slow and very inconveniently located. There is something inside the doors that will scratch off your tint. I don’t have any kids or anyone to drop anything in there to scratch it. It’s in the same spot on both sides. The dealership isn’t much help and is very inconvenience as well. They didn’t care about my safety and also let me drive my car off the lot after not completing my oil change correctly that lead to me being stranded on the road out of town. Had to wait for a tow truck for two hours in the cold because I didn’t feel safe waiting on the side of the road while all the 18 wheelers wizzed passed me on the side of the road. I will never buy another Hyundai.

Decent low end vehicle

Several issues with the brand, but given that it's a low end vehicle, those are to be expected. Very unhappy with dealerships charging over MSRP. We were in a head on collision that totalled our previous vehicle, and were pretty much over a barrel- and the dealership took full advantage of it.

Competitive, yet compromises evident

The 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is competitively priced, feature rich at the Blue trim level and futuristic in design. However, the few shortcomings leave a bad enough taste in your mouth to make you wonder if you should've splurged on something else.

Good reliable vehicle. Very pleased with it. Although many of the control features are very frustrating to find and if necessary, set. Estimate that many customers try to find the features they periodically use & then give up trying to use them.

Tucson Hybrid is better than expected !!! Humble Hyundai buying experience negates any future purchase

Tucson Hybrid AWD is the perfect all purpose vehicle. The first Hyundai I ever purchased, but Humble Hyundai buying experience negates any future purchase of Hyundai until possible resolution. They will did not return any calls. The $2,000 market adjust fails the Value to Purchase category.

Nice vehicle

I was looking EV and ended up buying Tucson, which I think now was a good decision. The vehicle provides value for money but now as EVs have brought down prices, it may face tough competition in the future. The exterior is very good. The Interior has a scope for improvements.

Sfjll good vehicle for the price point

The vehicle is still good for the price point. My reasons for purchasing vehicle was due to unavailability of my first two vehicle choices (due to supply chain and dealer mark-up) and recommendation by a coworker's satisfaction with his Tucson hybrid. Now that he is experiencing engine/motor shifting problems, the jury may still be out on me recommending this vehicle.

Mileage not as expected

Not a good hilly highway car. I live in a semi mountainous area with some flat driving. even on a flat highway mileage is below what I expected for a car this size. In town driving mileage is way below what is advertised and expected.

Quick and nimble

I love this vehicle. This car is designed the way I would design a car for features and options included. The worst feature is the flaky bluetooth connectivity through Android Auto, but I believe all of the problems are associated with Android Auto rather than Hyundai.

Very happy with my 2023 Tucson Hybrid

Very comfortable. I drove it to Florida and didn't feel body fatigue. The blind spots for back windows took sometime to get used to. Over all love this car. The gas mileage is fantastic. I chose the hybrid model and am totally happy I did.

Not so great actually

WONDERFUL/sleek design outside and inside. It should have a better gas mileage. Don't like engine sound, AC not good at all (mine is not working properly since the very first time I used it) and other little things...

Great HEV

Inside door lock would be nice. Very nice to drive great brakes, and power. Ambient lighting is cool and the Bluelink gets my inside temperature all set when I get in. The auto hold is great especially in traffic.

It's a nice vehicle, but it takes more time than I expected to fix problems at the dealership. Thought Hybrid Highway MPG would be better. Navigation system poorly recognize my voice (my Tundra has no problem to 'understand' me)

Great Car

Best car i ever had. Smooth ride. Decent power. Riding comfort is great. Quiet cabin. Spacious. Only grip is some competitor have better mileage as hybrid. Bit other than that i love my Tucson hybrid.
