Great before the deer crash.

Drove it for less than 48 hours. The odometer showed 120 miles when the deer ran into us. It was then totaled. But we replaced it with the same thing, just a year newer. So, we were happy enough with it to try again.

Love the whole journey.

Great ride, style, performance, gas mileage. My only complaint is the long service waits, not enough service bays for the amount of cars the dealer sold.

Not a fan of this vehicle

Vehicle had some features that I did not like. Location of shifter, easy to inadvertently put it in wrong gear. I found the engine hesitated when pulling out into traffic. Possibility of fire that can’t be put out due to the battery.

Great car with lots of safety and convenience features

This is my 2nd Tucson and it’s even better than my first. I love the safety features. It’s reliable and I’ve had no issues.

My Awesome Tucson Blue Hybrid!

I chose the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid over the Honda CRV Hybrid because of the extrnded features, total horsepower and comfort. I was a Honda owner for 20+ years but the package offered by Hyundai was unbeatable... Great job! (Please see comments below for improvements)

Really nice Car, watch the air conditioning

Really nice car except for the air conditioning if you live in a cool climate anything under 90° it works fine anything over 90 you’re going to be hot

One of the best cars I’ve ever owned

I own two Hyundai‘s when was the Santa Fe earlier I can’t remember the date 2004 2006 and this Hyundai currently 2023 both were very good cars very dependable and so far no trouble love the features and the new Hyundai drives great. It’s quiet And it’s a hybrid. I’m very pleased with the gas mileage.

Not a good car

Made cheaply, and had it back to the shop 5 times, and it only has 11,000 miles and it’s a 2023 model

The versatility is perfect. Couple of things to be desired

I will start by saying I LOVE my car. There’s nothing I want to do that I can’t with it. Tow a small trailer, car camp, and I have taken several road trips in it. For the car itself very few things aren’t perfect. The seats are loud and not super comfortable if you’re spending long amounts of time in them. And that might be it physically. My biggest issues are actually with the company’s representation around blulink and the treatment I have received at my service dept. I was told my price for blulink after the first 3 years would be $10 a month or $100 a year after that. I went home and wrote that down for future budgeting. I’m about to hit 3 years of ownership and it’s actually $300 a year. (Tesla doesn’t charge near that much for the digital integration!) Big difference in expected prices and the dishonesty has turned me off to the brand. I convinced 2 people to buy Hyundais after I bought mine. I was all in. But between that experiences I had at the service department around not disclosing options available to me it’s really left a sour taste in my mouth. I adore my car. And I plan to use it until it’s not possible anymore. I long distance road trip in it 3x a summer. I camp in it. I help my friends move with it (roof bars and tow hitch are my friend!) and I feel safe in it in all types of weather. (This was the major reason I switched to all wheel drive) but I see no reason to stay loyal to the brand when those representing it haven’t treated me with respect.

Great Style with Longevity Concerns

In its first 18 months, required two major repairs one of which resulted in weeks at the dealer. It’s under warranty now but concerned about longevity and it was inconvenient.Also no spare tire.

Happy with 2023 Tucson

I’ve only put about 5000 miles on this car, but thus far it is reliable and a pleasure to drive. I don’t like the idea of no spare tire available, but I guess that is a trend these days.

Pretty but is it worth being towed 3 times and in the shop 2 months?

I love the car aesthetically, it gets good gas mileage, and it has great get up and go, however since I bought it in December of 2022, it has needed a tow three times and it is STILL in the shop for the most recent time. We've had issues where the car lost all of its oil multiple times, it stopped accelerating once, and the most issue is it would not go into any gear (no neutral, park, drive, nada). So far this latest issue took a month to diagnose that it needed an entirely new transmission and it is still in the shop (has been since June). Luckily we're still under warranty but no way I can keep it past then it's too much of a liability. Sad because it was my dream car and tailored for me but it's just a ticking time bomb.
