Buy it, you won't repent.

It's first birthday, and no complaints so far. On road Fuel Efficiency is 31-32 mpg, and I don't drive like a grandma so I am at peace with it. No complaints about the driving experience. The safety features like collision braking on approaching vehicles, lane safety are a plus while driving. Cruise control works as intended and is a bliss on highways.

First Hyundai Vehicle

I am very pleased with the overall experience with the Tucson hybrid Hyundai. It has every latest technology, innovation and automated systems. You would want along with great looks and comfort. I’m now looking at replacing my wife’s Chevy traverse with a Hyundai SUV.

Don Wood Hyundai is the only place I'd buy a new Hyundai!

This vehicle has been a great vehicle for myself and my family. The only reason why I purchased it is because my last vehicle had transmission issues. Since purchasing this Hyundai Tucson from the best Dealership I've ever visited, I have had no problems. If I ever have any questions I just reach out to my salesman and he always is there to help me. Heck, when I'm due for an oil change, I just let me salesman know and he gets me scheduled. Best experience I've ever had with a vehicle purchase. I'd recommend Don Wood Hyundai to everyone!

great vehicle just a couple of hiccups, poor dealership service help

I've been to two dealerships regarding a recall about the low coolant. One dealership is where I bought this Tucson and the other is where we bought my husband's Santa Cruz. The over all sales and customer service at his dealership is way better but it's about an hour drive away which is still worth it rather than deal with the closer one 15mins away where I bought mine at. Their knowledge on recalls and what has been going on nationwide varies and both gave different options and opinions as to if it is a recall or not. If they could all be on the same page that would be great.

Great five year warranty

Like that the vehicle comes with a five year and sixty thousand mile warranty. With 3 years of free oil changes. Plus 3 years free of blue tooth that includes help using bluetooth. Decent gas mileage in city in upper 30s

Smooth, agile, quick, comfortable, safe, and roomy

Car is a surprisingly smooth riding vehicle. Feels secure in all conditions, very responsive. Great car for small travelling family. There's plenty of room for large suitcases, a large dog, and two adults.

Very satisfied with my 22 Tucson Hybrid

In most respects I am very satisfied with my Tucson Hybrid. The design is good and the handling and driving experience are great. The purchase and ownership experience have room for improvement, as is probably the case with almost all makes and models.

My first hybrid suv

I love my hybrid I wish it was a limited, but. It's not I would have gladly paid the difference for a limited. I love the warranty, comfort and luxury. I'd still trade for an identical limited and gladly write a check for the difference.

Run Forest Run

Stay Clear away from the Hybrid version of this vehicle if you value your life. Hybrid system locks car in Park even if you are the left lane of a Highway and Hyundai denies there is a Problem . Google Hyundai Check Hybrid system error for more information. Or call Hyundai's corporate Office and tell Julia I said Hi after she closed the open case number on my vehicle because their inept mechanics could not find the problem.

Excellent vehicle- too loud in reverse

Excellent vehicle. Too loud in reverse. Please lower the volume of reverse sound. Otherwise the car has met all my expectations. Nice ride, nice styling, good entertainment system, good gas mileage

Ran great for 15k miles, but was terrible after

I think this may be due to the Hybrid model I had, I got every error on my dashboard after a year of smooth driving. I took it into the dealership around 6 times and they were never able to fix the issues, something else always popped up. The last few months have been terrible because of this car.

Great all Round Car

Does everything well, Not great in all area's but well above average in most. I would like a little more in the towing capacity area and a higher speed allowance when locked in 4WD. We can drive on the beach where we live and all time 4WD as an option is desirable. Handles the snow fairly well

Fun to drive awesome looking trouble free car ! Dosn't get any better, usually always beat advertised mpg ratings without trying.

I have had the best experience with this car I have ever had. It has met or exceeded every expectation I have had. The cherry on top is my dealership is as great to work with as the car has been. Win Win !

Great car

I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. This is also my first ever car in the US so it is special. No issues so far despite the recent recalls but luckily 2022 model of my tucson hybrid isn't included in the recall list. So I lucked out on that.

Great vehicle with good MPG.

I went from an Elantra to. Tucson Midnight edition full gas to the hybrid tucson. I can say I will never go full gas again. Having the hybrid ability to go EV for stops and standing still is fantastic. Would love a full EV model next time.

Great performing car

This model is a fuel efficient and great performing car with a few user glitches That it takes time to get used to. Like all new cars, the user manual is very thick and I still need to refer to it from time to time. I enjoy the fast pick up in sport mode and the fuel efficiency in economy mode. The turns are tight and secure. The seats are comfortable with ample room for elbows on both sides.

My 2022 Tucson can't be beat

I had a 2021 Tucson which was total when someone turned in front of my wife while she was going 35 MPH. The front of the Tucson was gone but my wife walked away with some air bag bruises. There was no doubt we were buying another Tucson. However, the redesign 2022 Tucson was totally unexpected. My wife fell in love with it because of how the interior fit her perfectly. All the controls were where she wanted them and the acceleration and handling was fantastic. I miss driving the Tucson.

Nice car till you need repairs

Car is comfortable and fun to drive. Good radio and media interface. If it was not for the quality issues( leaking oil, bad ECR, wind noise from driver front side, inverter fluid earring light which after 2 months is not resolved, shutter at 55-65 when letting of accelerator) would highly recommend but with this many problems in 40k miles only recommend if the price is right

nice suv, good features, decent gas mileage- as a hybrid, good size.

nice SUV, good features, decent gas mileage- as a hybrid, good size. Many good attributes, a few things that could be improved upon- but nothing that would break the deal of buying. Would like to see even better gas mileage in the future on these- though I will keep mine for awhile. Hopefully it holds up good for many more years.

Rethink your purchase

I bought this vehicle brand new a year ago to date and I've had nothing but trouble with it. The check engine light came on at 7200 miles and when I took it on to get diagnosed, the dealership misdiagnosed and won't cover the part they though it was under Warranty. They said it wasn't a major issue and didn't need replaced ASAP. A month later I'm on the side of the road with an overheated engine. Come to find out it was an antifreeze leak (MAJOR ISSUE). This issue has caused so much grief and I'm STILL wanting to hear back Hyundai regarding my case 6+ business days later (they said it would be 3 - 5 business days before I heard back). This company seems to have a hard time standing behind their product. When I hear back on what they can do to resolve my issue, I may edit the review but until then, I wait for answers.
