Excellent Vehicle w/ some room for improvement

Overall (and so far) this is an excellent vehicle that feels luxurious and is great value for money. The details of the interior are well thought out and I appreciate the small things it has like how it recirculates air before going into tunnels or the customization. My complaints are minor. I wish it had a byilt in garage opener, overhead sunglass compartment, softer arm rests, heated/ventilated rear seats, remove that god awful plastic spoiler and improve the build quality a little bit. The ride would also be smoother if premium suspension was used in the front too and if it was an 8-speed engine. THANK YOU FOR NO CVT

Wonderful upgrade!

This is my third Sonata. I upgraded my 2020 Sonata Limited to the 2025 Hybrid, which takes the place of the limited trim level. I absolutely love this car. Aside from the beautiful styling, it has all the feel of a high-end luxury vehicle at a lower price point. The hybrid feature is an added plus. The ride is smooth and very quiet. The gas mileage is amazing. I said I would never get an electric vehicle, but this car is the perfect compromise. I get around 500 miles to a tank. The car is loaded with so many safety features that I feel secure and confident when I am driving. I would not hesitate to recommend this car to anyone who asks.

really like my Sonata except for one issue:

I think the door frames need to be redesigned. - even with driver's seat adjustments, I am constantly hitting my head on the top of the door frame while entering the car....and I'm only 5 feet tall. Cant imagine what happens with a tall driver !

Nearly Perfect

The 2025 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is truly a special car. With tons of bells and whistles, a smooth ride, and gorgeous interior and exterior, the Sonata is one-of-a-kind, no doubt. The driving experience is smooth, comfortable, and quiet, and the added extras make this vehicle feel luxurious. However, it has a few faults. For example, the gasoline engine kicks in too frequently, even when there is a large range of battery left, and despite that, the vehicle does not accelerate as quickly as it should. The brakes could also be a bit smoother (they tend to grab at lower speeds). And the positioning of certain interior components, such as the cushioned armrests against the door trim, causes some creaks and rattles. Additionally, build quality varies from model to model, with some having certain branding that others don't, and some having certain issues and cosmetic defects that others do not.

awful this is my third sonata hybrid and my last hyundai this car will be sold as fast as i can find another one. going back to either toyota or american. the most annoying feature if any car ive owned and i am 75 so i have had many

Horrible memory seat and mirror feature

for the most part this vehicle drives good but the memory seat and mirror feature (reason I bought car) is horrible. The car remote should be the thing that controls what seat position to move to but you must manually do it. Problem is those buttons don't always work and it is difficult to get to and change. Many screens to get where you need to to change it.

Best sedan in the class.

I've owned my 2025 Sonata Hybrid Limited about 5 months now and all I can say is....WOW. It has fantastic styling, it's extremely comfortable, powerful but efficient, handles great, the technology is way ahead of the competition and the safety systems, especially Lane Keep/Highway Driving Assist, all work flawlessly. The Bose sound system is incredible too. I could not be happier!!

Enjoying my 2025 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited

After 50 years of driving cars with manual transmissions, it was time to go to the next level. A hybrid made sense as a bridge car toward full EV. I test drove cars in the same class as my last car, (Honda Accord Sport 2.0T) that offered a hybrid model since 6-speed manuals were no longer available in anything affordable. There weren't many from which to choose. All things being equal, I decided on the Sonata Hybrid Limited. Technology was at the top of my list and the ccNC system impressed me the most. I love bells and whistles and a big goal of getting a new car for me was to learn new technology. My Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited certainly delivers that in spades. The convenience features, the comfort features, the safety features, the driving assist features, etc., etc., have kept me busy configuring my ride to my liking. Another aspect of my decision-making was styling. Not a fan of SUV's of any size, finding the right sedan was important. When the Sonata got a facelift, I was immediately drawn to it. The lines and contours are eye-catching without being flashy. Sitting behind the wheel, I don't feel lost in the crowd but I don't stick out like an old coot trying to recapture his long lost youth. The exterior and interior styling feel up-to-date and, after dark, the full-width LED light bar at the front and rear set my Hyundai apart from other more mundane vehicles on the road. Alas, like people, no car is perfect. Along with all the wonderful technology and convenience features there are a few omissions. Absent are things like wired iPod connectivity, walk-away door locking, and HomeLink. Perhaps we'll see these features at the next software update. All in all, I'm enjoying my 2025 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. The ride, the gas mileage, along with the bells and whistles are keeping me engaged. So far.

I love my Sonata Hybrid.

I am happy with all of my 2025 Sonata Hybrid and all of the safety features that also make it fun to drive. Getting good gas mileage is also a plus.

Ride is Smooth, but MPG is lacking

The car drives great. The recommended gas mileage is supposed to be between 44-51 MPG. I'm driving at 41 MPG. No hard driving. No extra weight.
