I love my car

I had the 2024 Santa Fe limited and upgraded this year to the 2025 Calligraphy. I could not be happier with my choice to do so. While I loved my last truck I love this one even more. The upgrades and safety features are a big plus for me. I love the steering and the adjustment and the reminders to keep my eyes straight (lol). I really enjoy the comfort without the huge sticker price. This gives lux without the 120,000 price tag I was about to spend. Mind you the lux is not apples to apples but I can live with the differences, as they are not as great as one would think. Hands down I would repurchase this truck again.

very nice riding car, the dash computor needs to be able to see it clearer ( lights on it are not bright enough to see )................................

Surprised how well made it was.

Luxury and good quality interior and comfort. Smooth riding. Little complain is when it is stopped and start moving, car little jitters.

Awesome Interior and exterior color

I really like the car. I had initial reservations going from an Armada V8 to a 4-cylinder turbo. I like the fuel economy and the fit and feel of the car. People are always surprised by how nice the interior is and how smooth the ride is. Some think the Ultimate Red color is what makes the shape of the car palatable I would not get any other color. The only issue is the dual clutch transmission, at times, doesn't know what gear to be in at lower speeds, it will act fiddley sometimes. The arm rest plug on the left side Captain's Chair won't stay on. Other than that, I have had no issues. I also like the fact that it takes Regular gas instead of Super. I'm over these cars that have to have only the higher-octane fuel.

Great Car--Ride Sales ml Force

I very much enjoy the car. My experience with the sales force at Vision in Webster, NY, was one of the worst sales experience I've ever had. When I did not give Mike DeSantis all 10s on the survey I was sent, he called me and said he would not give me any further help. If I needed anything, I should talk with the Service Department. I sent two emails to Mike and his Sales manager explaining my rating and protesting Mike's unprofessional phone call, but I received no response.

I was between a few different vehicles to trade my Aviator in for. The Santa Fe checked every box on my must have and quite a few on the nice to have list. Smooth ride, lots of gadgets, great price and better warranty.

Overall, the Santa Fe is a fine vehicle. But, given the hindsight, I wouldn’t have bought it, or I would have at least upgraded to an SEL
