Happy Camper

I was looking for a spacious SUV that got decent gas milage, I currently have a Sonata and LOVE it, I was debating between the Tuscan and the Santa Fe. I picked this because of the space, and the features, I loved the built-in navigation as sometimes my phone doesn't get great service, and the car very easily connects to my devices. I love the comfort and the extra storage spaces. I hit a deer a month after buying it brand new and after it got fixed it still runs and rides so smoothly. I do wish that it was a little quicker when going from 0-60 but that is just because I am used to driving a car that gets up a lot quicker. The sound quality is wonderful, as well as just the outside noises are pretty shielded. I think it rides smoothly and doesn't make unnecessary sounds.

The best car for family.

I am so happy I trade my car for the Santa Fe. This car give me space futures of BMW and safety the customer service in Brookshire Hundai it’s one of the best. I highly recommend Mohamed who took his time to find the best car fitting my expectation and budget.

Great car, very stylish, quiet and smooth ride, great for a family car, lots of space, very comfy.

Love my 2023 Hyundai Santa FE, beautiful, stylish, comfortable, great smooth ride, quiet. Very roomy inside, lots of storage space, love the automatic lift gate, one of my favorite features of the car, besides the fact that it is gorgeous, especially the Red color. Stands out in the crowd, have gotten a lot of compliments on it. Can you see me smiling LOL.

We have only had this vehicle for a month but are enjoying the ride and the safety features

We are impressed with the basic features of the Santa Fe and that it includes so many safety features. It is roomy and comfortable and easy to drive. We wanted a car that was easy to handle and quiet. We found that in the Santa Fe.

Hyundai Santa Fe 2023

When it was time to purchase a new vehicle, we thought we would like to purchase another Hyundai because we have been so pleased with our Sonata. We researched which Hyundai would fit our needs and decided on the Santa Fe SUV (bigger than the Sonata but not as large as the Palisade). We went to Medford Hyundai to see their inventory and test the Santa Fe out. This vehicle and the dealership exceeded our expectations by far! We had wanted a white car with cloth seats but when we saw their blue one, we were excited about it. However, the seats were black leather! Hot and sweaty! Ha! This car has SEAT COOLERS! And don't they feel good! Especially when we drove this new purchase across the country, from California to Ottawa,Canada and back again. We didn't know what to expect but what we got was great handling in all situations, including an ice storm crossing the rockies! We got great gas mileage 28-32mpg. We had plenty of room for a 50 day trip, smooth ride, privacy screens in the back windows, comfortable ride, and lots of compliments on this beautiful SUV. We are very happy with our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe from Medford Hyundai.

Amazing Car

We purchased this vehicle to replace a Jeep Rubicon. The Santa Fe has exceeded my expectations. The warranty is superior and the gas mileage is amazing. It is easy to drive and extremely comfortable. There is a lot of room throughout the vehicle. I love it!

No major issues yet. But not too sure about the engine

The vehicle is a nice looking car, but looking ahead my fear is the car will not last no more than the 100k warranty. My last Hyundai engine failed and after the repairs I had no confidence in the safety of the vehicle. Always wondering when was the car going to stop on me again. I would like to receive this survey after the 100k warranty has expired.

Love My Santa Fe!

Very happy with my new Santa Fe. I love how stylish it looks and the beautiful stormy blue color it is. Love all the safety features and the all wheel drive feature. The warranties that come with Hyundai cannot be best. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Please see previous comments about interior storage and cargo net,cargo cover console storage

Please previous comments about caego Cover cargo net and floor of the cargo area. Also small storage in the console and pocket on the back of the drivers seat. Also this survey could have been done in about half of the time as it is veryy redundant.

I love everything about my new Santa Fe ? I had purchase one years ago new forgot what year it was but I loved it then too no problems with that Santa Fe years ago I love the Improvement the leg room in the front n back the style and the quality of the interior and exterior and the colors is phenomenal I love it never heard of this color before portofino gray but I love it.

Excellent SUV!

We love our red 2023 Santa Fe Limited! It is a really great vehicle. It has all of the newest safety features available. I especially love the surround cameras, AWD and the lane assist. The interior is so comfortable. It has leather heated and cooled seats that adjust to fit me and my husband. Also, Hyundai has the best warranty of any brand. This is our 3rd. new Hyundai and it is the brand that what we will consider first the next time we shop for a new vehicle.

Fell In Love With My Vehicle, But Then…

At 450 miles, all dash lights lit and diagnostics test performed. Engine light stayed lit and car was towed to dealership. Throttle Body replaced. At 820 miles, same issue. No power to drive the car. Towed to dealership where it had been for a week. No communication from service department. They seem unable to diagnose issue. Getting ready to make first payment on car I can’t drive.

Phenomenal Service

When looking for a car the Hundai seller was very informative- looked through the options of what I really needed- and helped me decide what I needed for my family. The customer service was fantastic- they helped me feel comfortable- and service has always been very much appreciated as most places do not offer the level of interest as they do in Brownsville Tx

Great vehicle, except……

Love the Santa Fe Calligraphy, has all the bells and whistles, except a spare tire, the spare tire would give you peace of mind when drive instead of air pump and a can of fix a flat stuff, also the interior should have a charging pad instead of a slot for your phone to slid into, there is enough room to have one in center console or above glove box
