Great vehicle and ride. Only regret is the stereoystem.

I looked at the 2024 redesigned Santa Fe and walked away. It was ugly and I would never buy it. Happened to walk buy a 2023 and bought it on the spot. I had an earlier model Santa Fe and liked it immensely. The 2023 had the same look/options and was what I went to Hyundai for in the first place.

should of bought another Toyota Van

I thought it would get a lot better mileage for a hybrid. The dealer didn;thave a body shop so had to send my problem 80 miles away to another dealer. Car was gone for five days. It still wasn't fixed so I wookit to another dealer and they finally got the door fixed from catching.

Rotors have been replaced twice

Overall Poor build - leather poor quality,vehicle is getting more noisy as more miles are put in . Rotors have been replaced twice with much grief from the dealership molding and stripping is wearing

Very comfortable

I bought this car after my Tucson was stolen. I never thought I would like anything other than a Tucson, but this one wowed me. First off the safety features are pretty awesome. I love the amount of truck space you get without putting the seats down. But overall I love it. Haven’t had a bad experience yet.

Paint is good so is fit and finish. Power train warranty a major plus

Good fit and finish, utilitarian, replacement transmission shifts erratically. Engine runs smoothly, brakes are good, infotainment system is finicky. Have to touch the panel/screen with the tip of my finger/finger nail.

Great Vehicle with more space

Dangerous

The driver assitance and the collision avoidance system is dangerous. This included the emergency swerve and auto braking system. The air temp on the passenger side is no longer adjustable when set on the dash vents. Only blows cold air. The brakes seems to drag when the vehicle releases the automatic brakes when parked on a slight incline.

Problem from the start

Car starts and stops itself. I will try to auto restart while it’s already running. It will die in the middle of an intersection. It’s ran rough and had this issue from the beginning. It’s a NON issue because every time I call Service about it they tell me that a lot of of these cars are doing this. There’s not really a “fix” for it. The value of these things plummeted. Out of all of my purchases and I have a palisade and I’ve owned three different keys. This is the one I’m least happy with.

I absolutely love the performance of this car, the style, it is great

I cannot believe that this car does not have a cassette player, or car play. I do like the feature that allows me to save my settings when I drive, and lets my wife save her settings. I do not particular care for your Siri, and I would like to have a display letting me know before hand of my service calls.

Santa Fe Calligraphy

The style and comfort of this vehicle is everything we could ask for. It is roomy enough for us. Especially when we have our 2 grandchildren (both in car seats) and their mom in the back seat. So definitely very spacious and comfortable for everyone. Has the power needed when merging onto the highway as well.

Excellent SUV

Excellent SUV, with incredible power on mountain hills. Plenty of room for 8' 2x4's, large packages, vacation luggage, etc.. We get about 35 mpg in town with our hybrid, which is nice for this size vehicle.

Incredibly quiet, comfortable and safe..

We really do like our 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid it’s been superb and a trusty friend to my family. Mileage and features have been excellent, rides extremely well even with heavy loads of at least 200-400 lbs and handles beautifully in any weather especially heavy torrential rain. I hit a brick wall of 8” water at almost 50 MPH in the last storms we had dropping my speed to almost nothing in a few seconds, the Santa Fe stayed absolutely straight zero hydroplaning and got me out of a massive pool safe and sound, zero issues of any kind.. It’s a great car, I was actually looking for a Highlander hybrid but nothing was available and the dealer was no help. I have absolutely no regrets that we ended up with the Santa Fe, I’m thinking I might be better than the Highlander..at least for us anyway..

THE BEST!!!

This is my second d Santa Fe. I absolutely love the calligraphy. The only thing I don't like is that I have to reset my mirrors every time I start my car. You would think with all the features it could put your mirrors back where they were.

Great into to hybrid technology.

The Santa fe Hybrid has been a great intoduction to hybrid technology. It has the comfort that we wanted and most of the bells and whistles you could ever think of. The fuel economy has been good for a larger suv. Freeway driving at 80mph doesn't net the best fuel economy (low to mid 20's), but town and highway driving is great ( mid to upper 30's). We liked ours so much, that we talked family into driving one and they bought it also.

Great vehicle

Ive been driving the 2023 Santa Fe for 20 months now and love the drive. Im still discovering all the features there are in this car. Its a great road car. The seats are comfortable and the road noise minimal. I know some folks love the smart adapable cruise control, but I'm not a fan. Been driving for 54 years and prefer I take control of the wheel over the road. I had a 2016 Sonata with standard cruise control and loved it. Other than that, absolutely loving the car!

Good value, excellent mileage for hybrid

Fit and trim is excellent; driveability is good; hybrid mileage is great; capacity is very good; only a few complaints, including: push button control for parking break and for transmission (gear selection) is slow to react; updates can take forever to transfer; and carpet throughout the vehicle is cheap. Finally, backup warning beep has NO off button which wakes my neighbors up every morning when I pull out of my garage.

Wonderful vehicle

This is my 2nd Santa Fe. It is a wonderful auto. Well built. Superior performance. Constable for driver and all passengers. True value for the money. What more can anyone ask for in a vehicle? My only criticism is that the body style and size increased changed in 2024. The new design is beautiful but I personally don’t need 3 rows so, unfortunately, will not get a 3rd Santa Fe.

Great driving experience

A fantastic buy and excellent get up and go. The vehicle has everything you need and don’t. It even has air vents for the rear passengers. Great gas mileage and there’s no SUV on the road that comes close to the reliability or great looks
