Ultimate (at a minimum) could use a better sound system, heated mirrors, less busy dashboard and controls, better gas mileage ( your six cylinder would probably do better). Lose the fake wood grain dash panels. Your company would do better to build brand image with fewer but better defined models. Consider combining Kia and Hyundai dealerships to make them stronger. Market the Ultimate v. high end foreign competitors (X3, Q5, F-Pace, Stevio, GLC 300, RDX): the SF Sport features would compete favorably and scream ‘value’ at its price point.
