my dependable Ride

I love my Sante Fe Sport. It is exactly the right size and is a pleasure to drive, At this juncture in my life the regular Sante Fe is too small however sit lower. My favorite thing about this car is the cabin area, I still loved the body style on my 2003 Sante Fe much better - being more rounded . I miss the rear hatch window not opening.

Not Happy

The Car has a very hard ride for people in back seat They can feel every bump .And God forbid you hit a pot hole the people in the back seat hit bottom .Nobody wants to ride in back seat had to put two pillows in back seat and that is very unsafe to make the ride bearable

Love car, but.......

Very happy with auto, but Hybrid or electric would be better. Sold on the coasts, but not in Midwest. Mocked at 2 dealerships over this. “Oh, you want a west coast car”, yes precisely. Next vehicle should comply or will be forced to change to brand that meets my need.

Satisfied with the vehicle's performance and comfort. Better mileage should be worked on for the best overall improvement and that's for all vehicles. Always any improvements on storage spaces will keep customers happy because it keeps the interior looking nice and neat.

The car is good stalls at times and is dangerous.Think the engine could use more power and acceleration is fair.The car overall is good .THe rims are peeling paint off second set put on I think that is horrible manufacture issue on paint.

2017 Sanfe Sport 2.0 T Ultimate

I am having issues with smart cruise control that frequently disengages and dealership cannot find error code. The original battery died in less than three years. The pickup on small incline in fair / poor. During rain we hear crackling sounds in the doors. The navigation system is slow to process. I am sorry but the quality of the $45k is sub par.

I love the overall driving of my car I feel very secure. I have not had any issues with my car and I appreciate everything the dealership has done for me. I used to own a Kia Sorento but I love the extra features on my Hyundai.

A compromise I'm happy with.

2.0T Ultimate. I love the ventilated seats. It pulls a bass boat out of the water, no problem. My elderly parents can get in and out and they approve the ride quality. I can leave it in granny mode when I need smooth operation or put it in sport mode and drive like I want to. And I still get 25 mpg most of the time on non-ethanol gas. The battery started acting up recently but was replaced under warranty. I think that had more to do with sitting at the dealership for over a year before I bought it.

Nice vehicle but poor mpg

Very nice and safe ride. The fuel efficiency is very poor in comparison to other vehicles in this sector. Audio function always starts with Sirius unable to switch to Bluetooth audio which is very annoying

I love the excellent mileage I get per gallon of gas. The comfort it has. The one thing I wished it had is the Compass like my old car had. I think this should be standard on cars/suvs. Also I notice that the 2017's don't have seat warmers. I would like to have the GPS shown on the dashboard like the newer cars have.

Excellent performance, city or travel

We have had four Hyundais and still have an '13 Elantra. The Santa Fe is a great performer for us since we are very retired and require comfort and reasonable gas mileage when we travel. The Santa Fe certainly accomplishes that and more. My wife chose the Canyon Copper color and its interesting how many compliments we receive due to the color and then the questions on it's performance and price. Good reason why we see a lot of Hyundais on the hiway.

I really like my Santa Fe. It is comfortable and does wonderful in the snow. The only problem I have is there are so many blind spots. That is the only negative I have about the Sante Fe. Everything else is great.

Love my Santa Fe Sport!

After driving Sonatas for several years, I was ready for something that sits up a little higher but I didn't want a big SUV. The Santa Fe is perfect for me. I chose a Hyundai again after driving a Buick SUV, a BMW SUV and a Lexus. My Santa Fe Sport has all the same features and costs less! And best of all, it drives and looks great too! There is only one feature I wish it had: a door lock option that does not unlock all doors when put in park. My sonata had that option but apparently it s not available on the 2017 Santa Fe. My next vehicle will be a other Santa Fe!

Best car ever

Love, Love, Love the Santa Fe Sport. I had a Santa Fe for over ten years prior to this one and will probably have this one for 10+ years. My girlfriend is amazed at the tight turning radius the car has and how quiet it runs.

Purchasing 2017 Santa Fe Sport at the End of the Lease

This is my third lease of a Santa Fe from Jenkins Hyundai. I love this one, I am going to purchase in January when the 3-year lease is ended. The vehicle is so fun to drive. We love the backup camera and blind spot detection, wouldn't be without them. We also use the blue tooth navigation system with our Apple Smart phones all the time. We like the mileage we obtain on a long trip (24.5mpg). My wife and I normally have the back seats down on a long trip and haul lots...

Great dependable zippy car.

My Hyundai Santa Fe Sport has been a great suv. It has been no problem in any way and easy to get serviced when needed. I love the sporty look it has and we ride five in it easily. I recently took a 1,200 mile road trip with 2 kids and 2 adults. We each had a large suitcase and a big cooler which rode easily in the cargo area. I am looking forward to getting a new upgraded Santa Fe real soon, yes, I will get this same make of car!

Motor died at 22,000 miles

The motor in our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport died at 22,000 miles. Since then the check engine light comes on repeatedly. It spends all of it's time in the shop. All of the repair cost has been covered under warranty, which is great. But we would really like to be able to drive our car.
