Santa Fe Caligraphy

The Caligraphy Hybrid model exceeds our expectations. Space in 3rd row is adjustable so 2 adults can fit somewhat comfortably. Interior styling is awesome. Seats are extremly comfortable. Fuel efficiency is actually greater than published. After 7,800 miles over 4 months with trips into the Rocky Mountains we averaged 35 mph. For such a small engine, it easily accelerates.

Excellent on fuel economy cargo space and space in general

I've never had a hybrid but I did my research I love the space and the cargo space breaking and acceleration in eagle mall is like driving in sport mode very smooth ride handles the rugged streets here in Chicago very well also I get an average of over 40 something MPGs in the city and over 50 to 75 MPGs on the highway I love the range at 595 on average on a fill up and what makes it really awesome this is not a week that has been an even a seat over a hundred MPGs in the city oh yeah awesome safety features all-wheel drive and four-wheel drive and trust me over the years I've had many SUVs but this SUV is an exception it's better than any I've ever had

The Materials the vehicle is made of are on the simpler side. The Entertainment System sometimes bugs and given me a Green Screen . And one thing I find entirely strange is that there are multiple ways to open the trunk door remotely but NO WAY TO CLOSE IT !!! This entirely defeats the Point of making it operative when you have your hands Full. The passender Seat is really narrow and feels crowded despite the vehicle being overall spacious. Wheels and axles feels fragile and light duty. (In fact I had a flat tire after the first 600miles!)

Good overall value for a compact SUV with 3 rows

This was the "Goldilocks" of SUV's for us due to the smaller size and three rows. We love the interior refinement of the Calligraphy trim which punches a class above and the boxy exterior shape that provides a lot of cargo flexibility. This is the second one we've owned of this generation (2024 Calligraphy Hybrid FWD) and 2026 Calligraphy Hybrid AWD).

Hyundai 2026 SantaFe Hybrid, Calligraphy

We really love our new Hyundai 2026 SantaFe Hybrid, Calligraphy. It is such a smooth riding vehicle and we have already put many miles on it driving to north and south to visit our grandchildren. Friends that have driven with us also make comments about the quiet and smooth ride. It is a very attractive vehicle and we like the various amenities that help operate the vehicle. Though I must say, the vehicle is still very new to us and we haven't mastered all of the workings of those amenities yet. However, as we get more used to it there are a couple of things we would have liked to have had. The model we chose only comes with three rows of seating. Our 2020 Santa Fe came with a second row bench seat and the back was for covered storage. That model also provided additional storage below the carpeted surface in the back area. That was super convenient for my husband to keep his tools, that we ALWAYS travel with. Additionally, the battery for the hybrid model takes away the space provided to store the retractable cover for the back space. Therefore, it is always getting in the way of anything we are trying to store in that back section. The only place to store this is behind the front seats and that is super annoying as it gets in the way of anyone sitting in those seats. The climate controls require the driver to look down to make any adjustments and therefore, take his eyes off the road while driving. They should be relocated. It would also be nice to have the DRIVER Profile include the automatic adjustment of the outside mirrors to match the Driver's profile.
