Fantastic Vehicle

Incredible car - The design and color stand out, looking very sporty and sleek. The ride is comfortable, quiet, and there are tons of features, making usability very simple. If I had one complaint, it's that it makes a lot of beep tones. Several of these can be turned off, but for instance closing the trunk or turning on i-Pedal can't and are unnecessary, in my opinion. Additionally, sometimes when stopped behind a vehicle (at a light, drive-through, etc) the warning sensors go off as though you will hit, even though you're stopped. This is meaningless in the grand scheme of the car though, I'm thrilled with it every day!

I overall love it. Missing features are annoying.

I love driving this car. I am very much enjoying the transition to EV life. The drive is fun and comfortable. I was disappointed by the things that were omitted from the SEL model. Basic features that are included in base line models of other vehicles were not included in this one and I find that rather annoying. The biggest omission has been seat memory. This is such basic staple of modern car design that it's almost unbelievable that you would even sell a car without it. This is not a feature that is only available in the top trim model of any other car but this one. Hugely inconvenient and hugely disappointing. This should be saved with the user profile. The other feature I am longing for is a small inconvenience but would be a "nice to have". Automatic wipers. You have all of the sensors, it's silly not to just include this feature. To summarize, I love this car. There are a few things about it that still annoy me.

Great vehicle. I would highly recommend it.

Overall great, sporty car with excellent styling and handling. Dual motor version with larger battery is fast has good range and an excellent charging system.

1374 miles -- car died

Running fine and I loved it. The one morning, could not unlock car (FOB battery fine); using myHundai app wouldn't unlock either. Used the manual key and then the process of using FOB to push the start. Dead. AAA checked the 12 volt; it had a good charge. Main battery was 76%. Had to have it towed to local Hyundai Service in Richmond CA. Service said wait 48 hours before contacting.

I think the car is really amazing.

Great vehicle

It is a fantastic car with great range. Though it won’t be my forever car because of small but meaningful gaps in features (lack of power seat profiles, lack of retracting mirrors, second power seat, etc), an amazing entry into the EV world.

Great vehicle with a few quirks

I love the car, it’s insanely quiet, fast, and the ride is smooth. It looks very unique and there isn’t quite anything else on the road like it. My only complaint is that battery preconditioning is not handled a bit better but this has been resolved in the 2025 Ioniq 5 so I’m assuming the same will happen for the refreshed 6. Everyone that gets in the car is extremely impressed by the build quality and near silence of it, the fact that it competes with a Rolls Royce for road noise readings in 3rd party testing is crazy.

Better car than Tesla M3

The Ioniq is a better built car than the M3. The Tesla is far better in terms of the computer layout and features as well as navigation system.

Overall .. very satisfied EXCEPT

The GPS is ALWAYS wrong with their directions.. Thank Goodness I am familiar with the correction direction I need to go in, and eventually the GPS system will re-calculate …. which saves at 45 mi s from what the originally suggested.. I am trying to see if I can update this program. My car was purchased March’25, i The GPS system should be perfect. But it isn’t.
