My New 2025 Tucson Limited SUV

Have really enjoyed my 2025 Tucson Limited. I like the added safety features. Especially the adaptive cruise control, the larger screen display, the automatic hand brake when you park and the quite ride for listening to the radio. I hate the stop idle engine shutoff and having to manually turn it off every time I get back in the car on a new trip.

Great value for the money.

Overall, I am very happy with my new Hyundai Tucson. Some Features I miss from my previous car: - would like to be able to lock the door from the inside door panel when exiting the door. Now, I have to use a finger to lock the door from the outside, and never 100% sure it got locked. In order to test it, the door will unlock again. - for remote starting, I don't like that you have to hold down a button on the key FOB for 2 seconds. Two short presses would be much user friendly. - for opening the rear gate, I don't like that you have to hold down a button on the key FOB for 2 seconds. Two short presses would be much user friendly. - I like the safety features where the car will auto brake before an accident. However, there has been a time where the braking happens for no reason.

Lane Assist function needs attention

I don't like the Lane Assist on this vehicle. It doesn't keep me in the center of my lane. It fights me while driving. When I let it stear with my hands on the steering wheel, it will touch either line and then give me a warning that I went over the line.

Automatic start and stop sucks

That thing that automatic starts your car when you come through the stop and shuts off is the worst thing imaginable never been to an accident in my life with that thing I did

Wind Noise

I like driving this vehicle but the wind noise on the highway is still loud and annoying. I'm sure every vehicle has some of this but I was specifically looking for a quieter vehicle and it is less noisy than my Rogue, but the Rogue is also much older. Also, the seat is not as comfortable for me but that could just be user preference. It rides nice for the most part.

Would not get again

Engine revs very loudly when accelerating and takes time for it to settle into gear. Sounds like it’s moaning. Or groaning. Service told me that’s the way it is and nothing is wrong with it. Hate it. I have a three year lease or I would have gotten rid of it.

Minor problems but overall good car.

I like most everything about this car except the way the engine stumbles at times. I have had it back to the dealership a couple times for them to check it out since I bought it new. They could not get it to do it when they teat drove it. I don't like that you can't raise the wipers up to clean under them without going through a process of turning them on and off in mid swipe.
