Disappointed
I previously owned two Hyundai cars and was very pleased with both - reliable, no major problems at all. Year and a half ago I purchased 2025 Tucson. It looks good, it’s comfortable, has a lot of safety features I like. But I have been having an ongoing problem from the start with the entertainment screen. I’ve taken it in to be serviced a few times. Sometimes it would be that they can’t replicate the problem and other times they find that the coaxial was loose (or at least that’s what they tell me). Well, the same problem is still happening but now rather than being intermittent., it happens all the time. Just last week I had dropped it off at the service centre and left it for two days so they could work on the problem. When I picked the car up, I drove about 8 miles., and it started happening again . The entertainment screen controls the settings, clock, media/radio, GPS/map, and also the backup camera. So when this goes out, I lose all of the features.
Tomorrow I’m supposed to get a call from the dealer service centre to let me know what time this week they will have a loaner car available for me. I hope they call me.
