Beautiful Vehicle But Misses the Mark!

Would not buy it again. It's missing features that other cars have and has a number of issues. No passenger memory seat or massage. It is not made to have 2 drivers of different heights own/operate the vehicle. It does not recognize each driver by the key fob or app. You need to get in the car, press the start button, wait for the legal disclaimer to go away before confiming a profile/driver. Then it sometimes goes to the right seat position and other times goes to a randon position than either driver's position. The touch screen erratically responsive which means taking your eyes off the road to look and repeatedly press the selection. It should have dual front seat fan controls. Vents should have flow adjustments vs. only on/off. Sat radio should show list of channels not just categories of music. If you don't know the channel number you can't enter it. The nav says stupid things like "turn at the 3rd road" when there's only one road possible to turn onto. (it happens the 202 loaner too. We're waiting 2 weeks for the differential to be replaced under warranty.) Often the correct phone doesn't pair so hands free driving is moot. It makes me turn off and on my bluetooth while driving to connect.

A luxurious vehicle.

Interior needs some work, t h e molding continuly works loose. The buttons are placed in terrible positions. No rear room for seating.

I have had the 2024 and 2025 3.5 GV80s

I like the vehicle, but there are things that can be a dealbreaker from me buying it again. 1) seat padding, needs more, the seats are comfortable, but need to be more plush if it is to be called a luxury vehicle. 2) cruise control nagging is really bad, cant even look in your rearview mirror longer than a second. Sometimes its nice to be able to look around when driving on the highway, and we cant with this vehicle... not while in cruise control. 3) starting to look a little dated, needs a refreshed design, 2025 was good, but not quite enough

Great Car

Have a surgically fused neck and lower back, this is the first car I have ever driven that that does not leave my neck, shoulders tense and tight after 300 mile day.

2025 Gv80 prestige,

Car style, interior and exterior is very nice. Car wouldn’t start and had to be towed to dealership after 6 months of service. Repair experience was poor.

Love this car

I am crazy about this car! It is my second Genesis- I had a G80 and my husband and friends complained about how low it was. So I got the GV80 and now I have to climb in, but I still love it. My favorite things are Auto hold and not having to sit with my foot on the brake In heavy traffic. The tan/ racing green interior is beautiful, I love auto hold and love,love ,love the puddle lights it is a lot of car for the money- so good looking and so many wonderful features.

Advanced control make it difficult to drive for months

After my purchase it took months reading and studying the manual to understand all the buttons and setting controls ! Most difficult expensive Neville I’ve purchased Basic things shouldn’t be that difficult

Love the car but the service has not been great

I received a safety recall notice a month ago and still have not had anything done about it concerning the high pressure fuel crossover pipe and all they could say was they would send me another notice when the remedy was available. THis is totally unaccepable. The problem is it may cause a fuel leak and risk engine compartment fire which could risk my whole family's lives.

Good. Could be great.

The interior and exterior are excellent. The ride is very smooth. The technology is extensive but I find it hard to reach the OLED panel with the left side virtually useless if you use Carplay. The reason it loses a star is for two reasons: 1) Dealer support is lacking. Feels like a Hyundai and definitely not an Audi or BMW experience. 2) The cruise control is way too comfort driven over sport performance. Even slight curves cause significant deceleration from set speeds. You should have a sportier mode for the cruise control as well. Or just make it part of the Driving Mode dial.

Nice vehicle

I would have gave five stars BUT during the winter time when there's snow on the ground my car will Break for no reason. I almost had a couple of accidents, I took vehicle too the service department with concerns about this and I was told to clean my sensors before I drive it🤔 that doesn't help when it's snowing the ground my vehicle will stop when it wants to.
