Genesis is luxury

A beautifully designed car with many luxury features. The car drives well and has the right amount of power when needed. The infortainment system is pleasing and easy to use. The wheel used to operate the infotainment system makes everything convenient. The safety features are great. The stereo system is spectacular. The seating is spacious. the dashboard and interior are leather bound and colored blue which adds to the beauty of the car. The remote features such as door unlock and lock have proven to be useful. The trunk space serves us really well.

Awesome vehicle

Love my Genesis, there is nothing I would change about this vehicle with the exception of i would have a garage full. The vehicle is amazing from the lines of the exterior to the fit and finish of the inside. You have outdone yourself on this model for sure.

Affordable Luxury

Most comfortable and smooth driving vehicle I have ever owned. The value received for the price far exceeds expectations. Versatility of the AWD with tow package feature allows for unlimited usage and destinations. Provides multi purpose use, wether for business or family errands.

Need an owners manual. Improve the gps controls

See the answers in the survey. Those answers highlight all the pros and cons. If there was a proper owners manual a lot of problems would be solved. When you call Genesis, the operators are friendly, but they can not properly answer questions to help you use all of the car’ features

Poor gas mileage, noisy ride

I wished I had never bought. For what you pay , you are paying for more hype than anything, frequently have to reconfigure choices on face board which is frustrating. I have never had such poor,gas mileage, noisy ride for a " luxery" suv. Resale value is poor as well. Trust me I tried

Love the vehicle

I have been loyal BMW owner for over 30 years and after the last 3 years I was disappointed in the quality of the car and the commitment to service by the dealer. I was introduced to the Genesis by a friend and made an appointment to test drive it and was completely sold on the quality of the car.

Gorgeous car

Car is a Dream to drive. Comfortable. Luxurious, all the bells and whistles you could want. Only downside is the poor gas mileage around town. Pretty good on highway though. Massaging, heated seats are a dream. Not as much giddy up as my former Porsche Cayenne, but a great car overall.

Great SUV

Love the 2024 GV80 3.5 PRESTIGE! Fun to drive, great comfort. Super power, when needed. Wish MPG was better. However, we really enjoy this vehicle. Love the different driving options: Economy, comfort, sport, snow. Great luggage storage for travel and trips!

Great looks and excellent ride. Impressive handling and great look. Very comfortable cockpit as well as back seat . Spacious interior and great looks . Acceleration is superb with plenty of pickup. Really like remote start and parking assist. Very quiet ride

Infotainment System was an issue - Traded my GV80 at 6,000 miles

The infotainment system (2024 GV80) never worked. "Valet" service out of AutoFair Hyundai Manchester, NH books out minimum 1-month. 3 Service calls took 6-months to fix. By that time I was so unimpressed with the car & dealer that I got rid of it.

Finally! A car that gives me no reason to complain! About anything. I have been asked at several locations, gas stations, parking lot, etc, "What kind of car is that? It is beautiful!" The car handles well, us quiet, and very comfortable. And I am discovering or rediscovering new features daily

Genesis GV80 customer experience

I would give a vehicle a five from a rate of 1 to 10 overall for the Genesis GV80. The vehicle could provide a few more standard features for the price. The exterior design is fantastic and brings a more elegant look than average SUVs. It even looks better with a newer model.

I have only one complaint

The low-beam headlights are focused far too low. Above 30 MPH you are overdriving your headlights when on low beam. Overwise, the car is flawless. Car issues

On the day I purchased my car the Genesis Connect would not work. It took 26 days to repair. The Idle Stop and Go is not functioning and I was told to keep driving it because it will probably start working soon. It has been over a week and still not functioning.

Total battery failure after 11 months/3923 miles

Total battery failure after 11 months/3923 miles and has been at dealership now for over 31 days waiting for a new battery to arrive. Local dealership and Genesis Corporate (Genesis Care) does not answer phones nor do they return phone calls. Genesis has some serious service issues.

Best Car Ever

Good Service with Excellent Vehicle. When I visited Genesis Dealership, the service was really fast and smooth. It was after 5 pm which was quite late to purchase a car considering financing and trade-in with my old car. However, it was done so fast and I can bring new Genesis on the same day.
