The process took waay too

We LOVE the car. Still can’t sync up MY car on the app. It still says it is parked at the dealer. I double checked the VIN #. So, that tech isn’t working.

Steering wheel makes a groaning noise. Was told it’s “normal” and “it’s the way genesis vehicles are” this was after waiting 2 months for an appt bc there wasn’t any availability. There’s also a rattling noise I hear every single day for 2 months now. Dealership told me they couldn’t hear it, drove off hearing the noise and it’s still there.

Enjoyable to drive. Handles well and surprisingly nimble.

Haven’t found anything I don’t like about it. I’ve had a lot of luxury cars, but this one have some innovative technical accessories.

Very happy with my GV70, but not so happy with your recall!

GV70 in my view is a luxurious SUV with excellent fit and finish both inside and outside. I also love the intelligent SW & HW integration as well as my Genesis app. Having said that, Not very happy with your latest recall notice. That is because not only inconvenient but also difficult to get an appointment thru your local dealership for the fix!

Favorite Vehicle I’ve Ever Owned

Love this vehicle - so spacious and comfortable and luxurious. So much more car for the money as compared to its European rivals. The amount of thought that has gone into this car is incredible.

Worst new car I have ever purchased

Very disappointed in the vehicle. It has just over 1,500 miles on it and it has been in the shop for over 20 days now. The window track on the driver’s door failed after 3 days and had to be replaced. The dealership damaged the vehicle during the repair and the B Pilar trim and chrome trim had to be replaced. In addition the inside of the door had to be repainted due to multiple scratches and gouges from the initially repair. A week after this problem the Smart Junction Block shorted out and the vehicle had to be towed to the dealer. They are still trying to figure out what the mechanical issues are with my car. This is definitely not the luxury car I thought I was buying. So far this car seems to be the reason why the Lemon Law was created.

I've only owned this vehicle for 2.5 months.

I'm giving it 4 stars. I have only had the vehicle for 2.5 months/1100 miles so time will tell. My rating is based on a short period of ownership.

Beware of dealerships failure to follow through…

This is my second GV70, and after having an overall good experience with my 2022, decided to update to the 2025. For whatever reason there were a few details removed from the newer model that actually were nice to have, such as the driver chair fold down/slide up buttons on the upper inside of the chair, this allowed for easy access to place larger items in the back seat without having to open the driver side door to adjust the chair. Also, the 2025 does NOT come standard with wireless CarPlay/AndroidAuto despite being advertised as such and having it listed on all literature as a standard feature. I’m still waiting for an over the air upgrade for a feature that was supposed to be available in all models. (The dealership is no help with this). Using Bluetooth for phone connection in the car, expect echoing so bad you’ll prefer not to make or take any calls while in the car. This car went from a car I absolutely loved and gave such high marks about to everyone who asked to a car I regret purchasing. I wish I would have just kept my 2022 GV70, or gone back to Mercedes. This vehicle is very disappointing.
