Great fun to drive and really like one pedal feature

I expected the comfort would be near equivalent to the G90 I owned previously since the GV60 is the top of the Hyundai elect vehicles. While the comfort is good, it is not great. Still, I am very pleased with the car and the way it drives. It has all the safety features along with HUD which I would consider a must have. The quality has been excellent as I have only had one mechanical problem. It is extremely fun to drive and the one pedal driving is a great comfort feature as I almost never touch the brake pedal.

Best Car on the Road

The car is extremely stylish and draws lots of attention from other drivers. The car drives beautifully and is very responsive and has plenty of power and acceleration. The interior is elegant and the seats are very comfortable. I’m 6’4” and I have plenty of room. The sound system is top notch as well. I love that it doesn’t use gasoline and it’s some economical. If there is a perfect car, the GV60 is it. It’s a solid extremely well made automobile. I love my car.

Terrible

Terrible experience with the car, the dealership and the corporate office via consumer affairs. I wish I never wasted the kind of money I spent on this lease. The car was in the shop around 30+ days or so, range of vehicle was always an issue, charging and stations were always an issue. Once I saw newer vehicles, bigger models and their lease amounts being advertised for $600/mo LESS than what I was paying, it was a slap in the face. Genesis NEVER took my issues seriously and after 6 months, I discontinued my effort and energy towards trading it in early or swapping it for a better performing car. I had always planned to buy it out after the lease is up and now I will not. What a waste of $30k of lease payments.

I love my car! Genesis of Alexandria service is terrible.

Love it. It is luxurious with smart details such as a drawer instead of a glove box.

One beautiful ride!

I got my GVV60 early 2023. Probably one of the first in Utah- purchased it from California. It's been the perfect car! Absolutely love it! I'll stick with the luxurious Genesis brand from here on out!

My Friend Genny

So many firsts here, EV, S. Korean, white interior but all worked out great! Genny is about 3 years old and performing very well. EV range anxiety passed pretty quickly, still have to be aware of longer trips but nothing yet that has made me less happy about the purchase. Still smile everytime someone in the parking lot stops to tell me how good the car looks, even happened once in traffic! Still a very stylish car and holding up well as it ages like a nice bottle of wine. Performance is amazing, I don't really drive heavy pedal but it's a kick in the pants when I have to step on it to get into or out of traffic. Ride is very comfortable, long distances even without the gentle massage are easy to do, but the massage is cool too. Couple things I'd love to see Genesis focus on would be ride noise and turning radius. For an EV with noise cancellation I really was expecting something a lot quieter, if there were settings on the NC maybe I could tune it better for my tastes or even notice the difference with it on or off. Turning radius is not great either so I find parking to be a 'try it again' experience. Not sure if the EV design or wheelbase is to blame but it's noticeable. All in, I'm very happy with Genny and expect to see her in the driveway for many years to come.

Probably the most all-around great car I’ve ever driven.

Amazingly well built car in all facets; exterior paint is top notch and much more resilient than many; haven’t had a single issue with the drivetrain; reliability is outstanding. Technology like lane assist and cruise control are not prone to error and highly accurate. Cameras are in great locations, onboard sensors have never failed. Regenerative braking is outstanding, haven’t driven another electric that has this amount of control. Only real-world complaint I could ever muster is that range is not as outstanding as I would hope. Looking forward to new battery innovations and efficiencies in the drivetrain to help with that in later generations. This is a fantastic vehicle and I’ll likely be getting another later down the road.

Fantastic Car;quiet, quick, clever

I'd buy another one today, but this two year old vehicle is still fantastic. Great technology, great ride, quiet, comfortable, plenty of room.

GV60 (2023) Review

This is by far the best car I have had the pleasure of owning/leasing. It is a wonderful driving experience, and I constantly get compliments from others regarding how beautiful and well appointed the car is. I have no negative comments, except that I look forward to the day when the vehicle range will improve as EV batteries improve.

Very good evening with some quirks

I enjoy the vehicle quite a bit. There are some quirks and some enhancements that would be appreciated. I cannot upload my contacts from my phone. It is a pixel 7 pro. Apparently there is no interface to do this Android Auto does not allow using satellite radio and map together. When I close the trunk, the driver's door will not unlock without the pressing the key fob button. Auto walkaway locking would be nice. A spare tire would be nice The frunk is small. The carpet in the trunk does not fit well and the attachments are poor. The nav system is not great. The voice prompts and getting the correct address are fair . Android Auto is much better. The user interface is excellent and I would rather use it, but the info is only fair. The safety features are very good. The console cup holders should have a door cover to improve the appearance.

The Genesis GV60 has been challenging for me to own.

I expected better reliable from the GV60. The 12V battery and charging issues have changed my outlook on Genesis. The software and vehicle updates have been slower than compared to Rivan, Tesla, and GM. Please listen to your customers and starting improving the route planning software your vehicles. It's unacceptable to not have a button to activate battery precondition.
