My vehicle was turned in to your dealership to replace the front panoramic roof glass and for creaking/cracking noise in the rear cabin area. These problems were initially identified in Nov 2, 2021. The panoramic roof glass was successfully replaced Feb 17, 2022 (thanks). However, the noise problem was not taken care of. I addressed to recurring problem with the service department representatives and am still waiting for resolution. It is disappointing to say the lease, with no resolution in sight and I am still making monthly payments for a vehicle that supposed to be high quality/end, but instead is producing noises in the rear cabin area as if it were a low-end vehicle. In Nov 2021, the service manager allowed a technician to ride in the car with me to identify the noise in the cabin area. Did the same technician drive my care and did not hear the noise? I live in Crestview Florida and the day I pick up my vehicle from your dealership and every time I drive my car, I hear the creaking/cracking noise in the rear cabin area and really would like for this problem to be resolved or please class this vehicle as a lemon and replace or buy this vehicle back from me. I purchased this vehicle in Aug of 2021 in good faith and now cannot get a problem resolved that I did not cause...this is not good customer service or care! Why am I making monthly payments on a supposedly high-end vehicle with a problem of this nature? It may sound minor, but to me it is a problem...it is annoying and could be unsafe, since the cause of the broken panoramic glass was not identified, at lease it was not communicated to me. Who knows, the noise in the rear cabin area could be an indication of stress on some parts that are not seated properly and therefore damaged the glass.
