Great car!

It is good on gas, designed very well, and is comfortable. A few things I would change in the next design though would be higher off the ground for those of us that don't live in the city where snow is not ploughed. No high shiny stuff on the shift gear area, the sun is brutal when it hits it.

Knew Scotts Dad for many years prior to Scott taking over after his Dad passed. A fantastic attitude of their customer relations being happy and satisfied. Every employee he has on staff in his new location reflects that same attitude. If you ask around and talk to the many long term customers they have acquired over the years you will hear the same story. Everyone has their own favorite mechanic and go to guy when in car trouble. But it never hurts in this day and age to check out another estimate. If you are not happy, then Don's Auto is not happy, especially Scott. He has the latest equipment in the state and diagnostic men who know how to run it. Especially with these new cars on the road today. A garage has to be equipped with the right tools and training. It's not a hit and miss because these new electronic parts are not cheap. There are more computer-related modules on the last few years cars out there than was on the Space Craft that landed on the moon. It never hurts to double or even triple check in this day and age. You won't be sorry!

Good vehicle. Many perks. Love my electric seats & keyless entry. Good on fuel. Love my back up camera. Great color...burgundy. Terrific leather seats. Excellent high mile tires. Like the Loyalty Plan.

2017 Fusion Hybrid

There is a whole lot of technology in this vehicle. The manual is reasonably descriptive, however, there are a few items in which I find the indexing is not that good. The car takes some getting used to ... and the short tutorage of the salesman, Patrick, was very basic and it would have been good if ... that some of the 5 hours it took for the transaction to complete ... he could have shown me more about the vehicles operation. Nevertheless I am happy with the vehicle.

My first new car (almost)

A 'gently' previosly enjoyed vehicle and runs excellently. Plan on keeping this vehicle for 150-200,000 miles for sure, stay on top of repairs and maintenance. Taken it on a couple of fairly long road trips (1500 and 2100 miles) and she's a beauty to drive.

It's pretty good.

I wanted a safer car with an easy learning curve. Luckily, Ford has been stuck on the same design for years, so I was familiar with the size, handing and most of the controls. Hate ugly hubcaps, though, and wish I could have found another blue one.

Window issue first 100 miles

My car is very nice, quiet, comfortable and well equipped, and overall I am very happy with it. However, the first time my passenger lowered the window, then attempted to close it, it would not close. Apparently this is a known issue, and has been for a couple years. According to several videos on YouTube, the fix is relatively easy. A matter of "reprogramming" the window. The issue is that the window will go all the way up, then immediately go back down. I followed the instructions in the video, but didn't work for me, so back to the dealership I go. I'm a bit concerned that my car is so new, and yet this is an issue a few years old, and still not addressed...

'17 Fusion

A few flaws in design. It honks the horn every time you close the door of you are outside the car when it is running. A tad bit annoying if you are trying to clean the car off from snow or getting the mail. Snow builds up in the wheel well fast. It is a tad bit low to the ground, because you tend to plough through snow. It must of been drawn for city or warner climates in mind.

Love my Fusion

This car is wonderful!! It's beyond comfortable the features are Great! The AWD gets me thru the snow. The power is awesome I am so happy I purchased this car!

New Ford Fusion Plug-in Energi

Great for multiple short-run trips to town in EV Now Mode. Uses almost no gasoline for these trips if you remember to plug it in after each trip. It took us a few days to figure out the EV Now mode (located on the console), but we've used less than a gal for the last 150 mi.
