We drove that along with a Tundra. I was able to get the RAM with lower miles, three years newer, and $5000 less than a higher mileage Tundra. Also a Toyota Care extended Warranty, unlike the ones that call from India on a daily basis. I am pleased with the entire process. Jeremy and Nate were transparent and didn't play games.

I brought a recently purchased 2015 BMW 535i in for a multi-point vehicle inspection. They got me in & out the same day and shared with me potential issues to keep an eye out for that they've observed with my N55 engine. A couple minor items on my inspection report - I was able to easily fix them myself - there was absolutely zero pressure to "get the work" out of me. Without a doubt I will be bringing my car back here for maintenance & service work beyond my capabilities and definitely for repair when the time comes that the big malfunctions happen.
On a side note, I discovered this shop from a story my father-in-law shared. He lives nearby, is on a fixed income, and before he was able to upgrade, he had an old unreliable car. Joseph basically told him "look, I'll keep this car running for you" - and that's exactly what he did, without trying to extract extras. For me, that's the type of moral character in a person that I prefer to associate and do businesses with in this world - whether it be professional or personal.
