Wow what a Friday 7/30. Thinking I was going to trade in my 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid at the Toyota
dealership after they were so rude to me Foothills Toyota I drove by Honda of Burlington on I5 I looked over and saw a CRV in color Dolphin Gray I decided to turn around and what a decision I made….Greeted by fantastic sales people and after talking for a few turning out to be longer Sam the GM worked a miracle out for me….Then the Finance Dept what amazing people…. Overall good experience
The office staff were very friendly and helpful with solving some financial and mechanical issues wit
h the vehicle I purchased. That being said...I think greater attention should be paid to ensuring that customers vehicle interiors are better protected from grease and oil left by the mechanic test drives. I had to wipe down the steering wheel, shift lever, door handle and arm rest before leaving their lot. Had to spot clean the seats and door panel after returning home. Other than that...I was pleased with my dealings with Hanigan Auto Sales.
