My car buying experience was a pleasant one..Starting with meeting the salesman Adam M. In the parking lot who greeted me and my friend upon our arrival…he did not hassle us and carried himself with the utmost professionalism…he was friendly throughout the entire process and very knowledgeable…there was no BS and what was discussed during the process he came through and kept his word..he followed up with me days after the purchase to ensure I did not have any problems and to schedule a follow up appointment for the car…A+ job..Well done…I would recommend Adam to anyone that’s looking to purchase a vehicle…

Basic small repair under warranty
It was a basic fix to the gasoline tank lever that broke and for them to repair.
They scratched my car chipped the paint. I asked them to fix that. They said they will call me back to schedule and never did. Absolutely, unbelievable. This is not my experience other places

Much Better Service than Highland Park Genesis
Great service in Glenview. Everything was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.

I originally went to Genesis Highland Park for service. An oil change took 2 1/2 hours. They only had one mechanic working there and he was on his cell phone a lot of the time as I waited. They told me I needed new front brakes and rotors, but could not give me a total cost.

Overall poor service eperience
One of the reasons I decided to lease genesis was because I was promised concierge service that comes with such a luxury vehicle purchase. I only had 3 total service appointments over the last two years and they were all less than satisfactory/not even average. The last one was the worst of all. It is probably too much to type here but long story short when I came to get my car it took them about 45 minutes to straighten out the charges which I shouldn't have been charged to begin with. And when it was all said and done I received a vehicle that wasn't even washed neither inside or outside (I used to lease from BMW and it was a standard part of their service. so I was expecting something similar). Not only was it not washed/cleaned it was returned to me with giant bird feces all over the vehicle and the driver side door/window. If I hadn't just waited 45 minutes for them to figure out the invoice situation I would have said something, but I was already running late and had to leave. I would have given 1 star, but the manger Richard did apologize for the mess up and called to follow up with me a few days later. I wish I could rate my experience higher, but I have a certain standard having dealt with BMW service for many years. If I choose to not get another Genesis it is not because I don't like the car, it is only because the service experience so far has been poor.

Cleanliness of the vehicle could have been a lot better.
Working with Richard was amazing. He was really attentive and communicative.

However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my car when it was returned. There were water spots all over the paint, since it was not dried properly and the interior had fingerprints and light stains that I had to clean myself. Expected much better in this regard.
